Mr. No Name Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 Caverna gave it all they had, but in the end, Todd Atcher and the Panthers were just too strong. Pettrigrew stayed in foul trouble the entire game and couldnt get much done. E'Town advances to take on All A champ Bardstown on Friday @ 5:30
King Rex Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 It was a foul fest. 39 fouls in 32 minutes. A win is a win. Move on to the next game.
Hearsay Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 Your opinions on Harris' absence and how impacted team?
coachescorner Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 Harris' absence leaves E-town with no real solid ball handlers. They have adjusted well but Caverna showed that E-town has trouble handling the ball against solid pressure. They turned E-town over several times in the 4th quarter.
Hearsay Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 Bardstown is a pretty good press team, with one really solid defender in Josh Payne. Do they have a chance?
coachescorner Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 I think they have a chance if they rebound the basketball. They will need a good effort out of Neel and Mattingly. It will be interesting to see what type of defense E-town will play against Bardstown. Should be a good game.
