Lady Maroons defeat Union County 8-4. Mallory Peyton hit a 2 out grand slam with the score tied at 4. Union County left runners on base every inning it seemed but could not get the big hit when they needed it.

Madisonville made 6 errors

We played a very good Union Co team that hit the ball well we were looking to come out better than we did the day before against Lyon Co.. Our girls chased a few first couple of innings then settled in an made her pitch strikes. Shout out to Hailey Rodgers for past 2 games, Morgan McElroy & Allison Davis they have came up big...Heather Webb started off the the 7 run inning with a leadoff walk then her CR came around to score.Mallory came thru to cap off with a 2 out grand slam. Heather Webb pitched the complete game to improve her record to 12-2 on the season

I did not get to post who they play due to some technical difficulties. My internet service went out last night after the first game was over. Livingston Central defeated Christian County in the other semifinal game.

 

It should be another great regional final game. Both teams are hitting the ball well.
