Nelson County 55 Bethlehem 36

Featured Replies

Cardinals win a VERY rough basketball game and advance to play Bardstown in the 19th District Championship. A young Bethlehem team tried to muscle the Cards and pulled to within 8 late in the 3rd on a nice effort by sophomore Blake Stanley, but Nelson got solid performances from J.C. Spalding, Devin Wheatley, and a real good effort by Kelly Hagan (despite getting clocked late in the game).

Nelson beat Bardstown two weeks ago, so the 19th by no means belongs to the Tigers . . .

Quite possible the sloppiest game I've ever witnessed

Hard to play smooth when Eagles forget they are not playing football.

Well, in Bethlehem's defense, Nelson County was playing very rough also

Yes. Good job. :thumb:

Should be an interesting game on Friday. The winner will be decided on who can control the tempo

I agree, Tigers have been getting their games done in an hour. I'm sure Minor will try and slow it down.
