Madisonville 13 Warren East 9

This game was lot closer than the score and North should have lost this game.


Madisonville scores 3 runs in the top of the 1st. 1st run scored by Kaylee Tow on RBI single by Mallory Peyton. Hailey Rodgers scores on infield hit by Whitney Bean to make 2-0. CR Bailey Woodard scores on ground out by Allison Davis to make 3-0.


Top of the 2nd North scores on RBI double to CF to score Kaylee Tow to make it 4-0.


Warren East scores 3 in the bottom of 2nd to make it 4-3.


Top 4 Kaylee Tow scores from 2nd on single from Hailey Rodgers to make it 5-3.


Warren East scores a run in bottom half of 5th inning to make it 5-4


Bottom of 6th inning Warren East scores 2 runs to take a 7-6 lead. North makes a pitching change bringing in their 7th grader to finish the game out.


In top half of the 7th inning North was down to their final out, when Heather Webb hit her 7th homerun of the season to tie the game.


North holds Warren East in bottom half to send it into extra innings.


They go into international tiebreaker with Morgan McElroy on second base Allison Davis gets an infield hit advancing McElroy to third. McElroy scores on an overthrow on a delay steal of second by Davis. Allison Davis scores on single by Kaylee Tow to CF making 9-7. Mallory Peyton then hit her 5th homerun of the season making it 12-7 scoring Kaylee Tow & Hailey Rodgers. Heather Webb draws a walk and then scores on triple by Whitney Bean making 13-7.


Warren East scores 2 runs in bottom half of the inning for final score of 13-9.


Courtney Patterson comes in to pitch the final couple of innings to improve her record to 3-0. Courtney pitched really good for a 7th grader in that situation!
