The girls’ Touchstone Energy All “A” Classic starts Wednesday at the Frankfort Convention Center with Murray rated as the team to beat by Dave Cantrall.

 

Murray is No. 14 in Cantrall’s overall state ratings. The Tigers have a 20-2 record, including a 15-0 mark against Kentucky competition.

 

Cantrall has defending All “A” champ Owensboro Catholic and Danville tied for second in the small-school state tournament field, followed by Newport Central Catholic.
