Who wins and why?

I picked Clay County.

This game seems to be the one with the biggest variety of realistically possible outcomes. Clay County has been somewhat inconsistent, but I think that top to bottom, they have what it takes to knock off Barbourville. Even though Barbourville blowing out Clay County (15+) would surprise me, I don't think any outcome is just entirely out of the question, especially if Mills catches fire and Barbourville's role players extend the floor by making shots.

In the end, I think that Clay County is just a little more balanced and their play on the interior will be the difference. It seems like too much has to go Barbourville's way in this one to predict otherwise. I'd look for Devon Mills of Barbourville and Marty Bowling of Clay County to have relatively big games in this one.
