Who wins and why?

I pick Corbin, I just think they've shown too much consistency to let Middlesboro beat them. Middlesboro's outlook on the season after losing the regional championship in the All A was probably salvaged after they knocked off their biggest rival, Bell County, in the first round of the district, meaning they are just happy to be there.

 

Corbin has been the most consistent 13 region team in the 2013 calendar year, and because of that consistency, is probably the worst of the three teams that Middlesboro could have drawn. I'm guessing Corbin is too well drilled and fundamentally sound to let Middlesboro slip up on them. I don't expect Corbin's guard play to let them down in this one, and doubt Middlesboro can exploit them on the blocks in the way that other teams may be able to.
