RJ Taylor was invited and accepted to attend UKs first JR Day on Saturday. Below is from Rivals.com in regards to UK 2014 recruiting.

DB - De'Eric Culver from Godby told me today that UK and UGA are co-leaders but I believe the Dawgs are running slightly ahead. R.J. Taylor from right here in KY is a great option that UK really likes, good speed and athleticism and family loves UK. Source told me last week he's in the mix for an offer. Deion Singleton is another from Godby that UK will make a strong sell for, but that will be tough.
