Just sat down at Valley as the first was coming to a close.

Central leads 20-12 at the start of the second.

Moore with nice defense goes on a 7-0 run to start the quarter.

Central leads 20-19 and takes a timeout to break the momentum.

Moore cut the Central lead in half behind Jamon Sanford's 8-point second quarter.

Central leads 29-25 at the break.

My favorite game to play: "What University's fight song did this high school co-opt?"

Moore's choice apparently is Michigan's "Hail to the Victors". Good choice, Moore. That's definitely a classic.

It's worth noting that Central's Stuart Jackson was on the bench with foul trouble for almost all the second quarter and has just picked up his third less than two minutes into the third quarter.

Moore grabs its first lead of the day on a Trae Scott three-pointer. Then the Mustangs get a quick steal and a layup.

Moore leads 38-35 and Central takes a timeout.

Moore 46, Central 38, End of the Third.

Not going to lie. I'm a bit stunned. But with Jackson again on the bench for Central, Moore is having a field day in the paint. Notably bigger and playing with greater confidence.

I think this is the first time I've watched Moore play since Carlos Hurt was on the team. Hoo lord...

2:12 to play and Moore leads 51-46.

I like the way Moore is playing this game but Central just can't seem to get the ball through the rim. Missed a few open opportunities this quarter.

Moore has now stretched it to 57-46 with a minute to play. Central has really turned into the gang that can't shoot straight; turnovers on its last three possessions.
