GRC's (0-2) home opener this Friday against Bryan Station (2-1). Cardinals coming of a hard fought loss to Montgomery County - Bryan Station coming of a big win against West Jessamine. Thoughts/Prediction?

Can a Mod add a poll to this?

I added a poll for you. GRC's schedule is brutal. Would love to see them get the win, but it will be a battle to do so.

Thanks for the Poll Goldie!

To be competitive in the game, GRC will need to get its passing game stepped up. Simply relying upon Skinner/Spight (with Farris with sporadic touches) will not get it done against Bryan Station. I would like to Burchette get several passing series under his belt (especially on 3rd down situations).

Agree, would love to see Burchette get some snaps. I was impressed with our kicking game last week.

I have thought about this more, and I would like to see several series of Skinner in the Wildcat formation and see how he handles it vs Burchette in a traditional drop back passer role. They are going to need it against Bryan Station this Friday.

Looks like the weather is going to cooperate this Friday for the Cards Home Opener. I expect #11 Bryan Station to travel well also.
