Bellevue's Jacob Hatter was walked with the bases loaded and 2 outs to win the game for Bellevue. This came after Highlands scored 3 runs in the top of the 7th to send the game in to extra innings.

Nice outing by Bellevue's Devin Myers (sp?) on the mound.

Birds were led by Junior Hector Molina with 2 big hits and Hennigan had a big pinch hit in the 7th inning rally.

Senior Grant Duesing pitched very well in relief of Junior Jake Liggett, giving up 0 runs after Bellevue scored 3 early.

Birds are off until they face Holmes at 5:30 PM on FRI in the Doc Morris Tournament.

P.S. Congrats to both JV and Frosh Birds for wins yesterday. JV beat Simon Kenton 6-4 at SK. Frosh rallied from 7-2 down at St. Henry to win 8-7.
