  1. Spick- 1. Boston is not respected by the staff at Henderson. He has been very cocky and assuming in the past and feels like someone owes him. As football asst to Lewis, he was making more than any head coach in any of the other sports. The principal/board member did a great job with that one! 2. He is liked by alumni, not loved. But then again Henderson always gushes over the football coach their first few years. Then they quit supporting the program. 3. He has a limited knowledge of the game. While he may have been around some good coaches. Many coaches could have won with the talent he had at Union this year. He went 7-4 and lost first game of the playoffs. He didn't win district. He's no Saban. 4. There is no feeder system in Henderson. I don't know how he could have a relationship. If he could bring in quality assts, then why didn't they go with him to Union Co. 5. It might be his passion but that doesn't mean he can work magic. They will be lucky to win 3 games next year. There are many coaches at the high school that can outwork him. I think basketball has had some pretty good success recently. 6. He is a good guy as long as you can help him win football games. Josh Boston is not the answer. He got a token interview last go around. There were 20 or more qualified candidates than him that interviewed. I think the only thing at this point that can save the program is Belichick.
