Harrison county needs to do a lot to rebuild this program & i think Coach Jim Carr and his staff can start to turn the program around back to one that puts a team of competitive/passionate players on the field, but here are 2 things that would lay a solid foundation for the future:
1)There must be a dramatic increase in the coaching of fundamentally sound football techniques...at every position there seems to be a lack of purpose & proper technique in the steps & movements the players are making.
2)there must be a dramatic increase in the intensity, aggression & most importantly passion that is instilled into the players both on the field & in the offseason weightlifting/conditioning program
