Bell Co., Cumberland, and Mboro had a 3 way tie for the top seed in the district tournament. And from a contract signed in I think 2006 by all the coaches of the district stated that the tiebreaker would be:
*fewest number of runs given up between the teams who are tied in the games in which these teams played
My question is how Cumberland got the 2 seed when they allowed a total of 6 runs
Mboro allowed 11 runs
Bell allowed 12 runs
(This is with only the first meeting between the teams counting toward seeding)
How did Cumberland get the 2 seed???
I was wondering if when you register for the Blue Gray Classic, If you are sent any sort of confirmation. I was supposed to attend, however when I got on the Blue Gray Website, I was not on the roster for team Ky. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
I agree 100 percent with dog's Top 3.....Ive never saw Smith throw but hear he is quite a pitcher......Hoskins from Mboro is a little wild at times but is a true fireballer.....and Chamberlain isnt the hardest of throwers but has great off speed and breaking pitches, and always seems to find a way to win.
Nothing big, but Cumberland doesn't play in the LCC tourney until the 28th, other than that looks pretty good. Can't wait for that Bell/Cumberland game on the 2nd, it should show how good the Skins are.
