  1. Some of you all need to come to a regional tournament game in the 14th, at Hazard's Memorial Gym, and then let me hear you complain. That gym doesn't hold half of what 3other gyms in the region hold (Knott, Breathitt, PCC) yet it is still on a 5 year rotation, (Powell Co.) being the other. From a complete outsuder to the 10th region, it is extremely unfair to hold it at the same gym every year, when that team is a strong competitor every year, plain and simple, biggest gym or not.

  2. Channing Fugate will be the best ever at Breathitt Co. if nothing does not happen to him,He is a great running back,Good future ahead for him.

Channing is DARN GOOD....but don't fool yourself. He is no where near as quick as Jonathon Chapman was as a freshman or sophomore. TopperDad, I know you remember what Chapman did in the state semifinals against Danville in 96, as a freshman :creepy: Absolutely destroyed an all state cornerback for a touchdown and then returned the punt for a TD that won the game. Jon Chapman is the most talented player, IMO, to ever play at Breathitt Co.

  3. I had my wisdom teeth (All 4, impacted) removed this summer, a week before the fall semester started. It looked like I was walking around with a tennis ball in each cheek. Mine bled horribly for two days and my jaws were literally sore for a month. It was the most horrible experience of my life.

  4. And it never would've been a problem had they played like they're capable of.. Let them be fed up, they're just costing themselves any chance they have of continuing basketball beyond March..

That's what I'm saying. Either they get fed up and give up now, or toughen up and play this season like they are truly capable of.

  5. I think they are starting to get fed up with it. Not ever knowing who is going to start.....

Well that's their problem. Gillispie has made it obvious that if you don't play hard and play smart, then you are going to sit. Crawford can score all he wants but he isn't playing good defense and Bradley is running the point for a team that averages 20 TO's a game (even though they aren't all on him). Something has to be done to get the message across to them.

  6. I think what it comes down to is, does anyone think BG will attract as many casual fans from the surrounding area than Louisville does? The diehards will go no matter where it is, IMO.

I agree with that..........you are going to have a lot more casual fans like college kids and football fans without a dog in the fight, for the simple fact Lexington or Louisville are easy to get to from just about anywhere in the state and there is a ton of places to stay and eat, not to mention more of a night life as well.

  7. There are 2 reasons I hate tOSU.....

    1) Their Fans....Absolutely HATE the way the fans carry themselves.

    2) I'm a Michigan fan....

Jealousy certainly doesn't enter the equation when I try to define my hatred for them.

I second this comment. I have absolutely no jealousy for OSU whatsoever. They are a great program. I didn't dislike Ohio State in 2002 when they won the title, I was indifferent about them all-together. But then I went to college where probably half the people I know are OSU fans, and then became a member of BGP. I know UK b-ball fans are arrogant, but some OSU fans would like you to think the Buckeyes invented football, have never lost a game to a better team, actually think Grey is a pretty color, were responsible for the moon landing, and ACTUALLY know who killed Kennedy. Their fans are the SINGLE AND ONLY reason I dislike them.
