I can tell you this. Today Harrison got 2 players back...1 hasn't played an inning all year and the other hasn't played the field since March and batted sparingly. What happened? Lost in 8 inn at Scott County. Was 2 outs from the win when UK signee went opposite field. I believe they get better from here on in. IMO

Polson getting pictures with many girls who are star struck. Reminds me of Bracken Alum Evan Meyer back in the day.

So you don't think Scott is the 2nd best team in the region? What tourney have you been watching? If the refs don't get their 2 cents in today, Clark is beat by Scott. If Mason beats Pendleton and gets to play Clark and they stay within 10 points, I hope you DOG me on here as much as you want and I will PM you and tell you how sorry I am and how right you are. :thumb: But I don't think I have anything to worry about.

You have nothing to worry about now. Scott was the 2nd best team in the region (no doubt in my mind!!) and you got past them, so you are state bound!! :notworthy:

The refs here at the boys 10th Region Tourney are TERRIBLE! For two games, I have seen very poor calls and quick Technicals. First, I saw Persinger get a technical and it was the first thing he said all night (2 minutes into the game), then I sat there and watched bad calls (both ways) in this game. Foul on O'Conner was awful, then after making this call, they T him up to make it DOUBLE bad against Scott and cost them the game! Very hard to watch. No way, in the regional tourney especially, officials should decide the outcome of the game or make a coach sit the entire game unless it is something MAJOR! These guys have no business calling a regional game and doing this to these teams that have worked so hard all year. Very sad. I was so upset after watching this game, I went thru a drive-thru and came home. I can't go back to the 2nd game, spend $7 bucks, and watch that stuff. :idunno::ohbrother::puke:

Bracken will be in the finals vs Cards. This will be a great game. It will come down to free throws and turnovers. Go Lady Bears! :ylsuper:

Brossart is better since then as well. The way Brossart plays, I will be surprised if they are ever down more than 10. They could put Mason out of their misery quick!

Am I the only one that gets tired of MASON COUNTY???? They act like they need to host EVERYTHING!! The atmosphere at Bracken last week was unreal. The more crowded the better!! They were heard complaining about having to stand in line to use the restroom for goodness sake. I've had to do the same in that BIG, ALMIGHTY, fieldhouse before too. And that pep section and the things they were saying, was classless!! I am suprised the big boys of MASON COUNTY allowed that! I think the districts should just let them host every sport, and give them a lead in every game played for doing so and then maybe they will ALL be happy and not cry and complain about having to travel somewhere else!!! :puke::notworthy:

Mason will beat them as bad as they wish and that will be bad because they don't ever let up! That will come back on them one day though, in my opinion.

Bracken will win this tourney and then make a run in regionals, I feel. This is the year for them to do it. Looking forward to next week! :jump:

I'm sure if you question this, then it must be a bad move then. Guess well find out Monday. With the lady bears and polar bears playing and both having a shot at regionals, it was worth a vacation day! :popcorn: :thumb:

You should know by now that All In is all knowing. Mason can just send the JV to this weak district and wait till regionals to bring out big boys. You would think he/she is from Mason instead of Bracken! :idunno:

How did the boys and girls do today in that showcase?

Someone told me in Brooksville today it was Friday at 10:00 am. Not sure if this person was correct or not though. :idunno:

The big draw in Brooksville is this week (I believe). That draw is huge! One of the top 3 teams in the region will be eliminated in the first round! Both teams that make it to the region have a very good shot of winning it all!!!! Can Bracken do it? I think so!

VERY big saints fan! Loved this! Was able to see them play in New Orleans in November and they are nuts down there. Glad to see them get this victory after what they had to go through awhile back!

He is still coaching and i would say this will fire the team up and they will play better. Might not have come at a good time for Bracken. I see where the bears play 4 games this week. WOW!!! I would like to see the boys from Brooksville get it rolling as district is approaching very quickly!

You want to talk about interesting? It is this district. Who will win it? Deming is hot right now and Nicholas is too. Pendleton is down a little and Harrison is so so! When do they draw?:popcorn:

For some reason Nicholas County cancelled there game against Harrison and it was at Nicholas. Harrison was going to head to Carlisle but some how Nicholas got the oppurtunity to cancel it. Only thing I can say is that all schools are worried about the safety of these student-athletes.

I guess you're right. Just bad because it's late in season and hard to make them up. :cry:

I believe that. Sometimes we are just too cautious. Its just frustrating when it happens. I know you agree with that.

Brick wall? They are 2-2 since that game. I finally got to see a game (had been awhile). Hamilton was pressured and double teamed all night (every time he touched it) and still hit 3 threes and had 23 points!! Bracken just missed too many easy shots. The 2nd quarter was the game. Bracken tied the first and third quarters, won the 4th by 5 but had a bad 2nd! Man, Montgomery hit everything, especially in the first half. That makes the Mason thumping of Montgomery look a whole lot more impressive. They are playing well. I was debating whether to go to the Mason/Clark game tonight but Clark made that decision by canceling! How can they get away with that??? :ohbrother:
