Great stuff last night. This season is amazing!

I think Jack Bauer needs to get on the bachelor and just totally ruin that guy.

Morehead and Eastern BOTH at +8 1/2

 

They are both on the road, both playing for OVC championships and home court first round games. Morehead is on ESPNU. These will be two really good games.

East Carter could not win that game tonight. The officials weren't about to let the #2 team in the state get beat out in the first round of the districts.

And, if Holmes would have only won by 5 tonight we would be hearing how they are so overrated, I am just saying.

Big win for KU, with or without Griffen. Griffen is really important to OU. I'm not impressed with the defense for either one of these teams.

Once again a great fight put up by the Sooners without Blake. This CAN make them a very dangerous team in the tournament. Let's see how Capel handles it. I'm a fan...

This wouldn't be the first time in sports a small injury like this actually turns out to benefit the team. OU has looked good without their star tonight and part of Saturday night.

Congrats to the players...nice to see McFarland make the All-Star list, and also Andrew Brown win the Academic Award. I know his older brother...great family.

Would this have been the first district win for Heritage?

Collins is one of the most underrated players around. He was a big part of that team last year. I think they are a Sweet 16 team at best this year.

Sounds about right. I don't think they have the inside game to go too far.

GT, what you think about Kansas? They have quietly put together a nice season after losing so much from last year. This Taylor kid is a player and Collins can play with anyone.

UT has a really good SOS.

Kansas had a big second half lead, but OU is coming back.

Griffin is not playing if you are not watching.

In order for X to get a 5 seed, they have to win the A-10 tournament, IMO.

I wouldn't want to see Texas in my pod on Selection Sunday. They have the talent to make a run. AJ can put 10 in a row on you before you can blink when he's on and James is a stud. Also some solid role players in Johnson, Pittman, Mason and now Balbay. Barnes made a few mistakes in handling the loss of DJ, but if they get it figured out the Horns are very dangerous in a tournament setting.

 

OU can learn a lot from this one. We'll see..

I agree. But South Carolina has an actual offense. Tennesee's offense consist of taking contested 3 pointers and then trying to get the offensive rebound.

If Porter, Stewart or Miller can consistenly hit the open 15 footer, UK will win this one. I see Miller having another nice game and the Cats getting it done in Columbia.

OK late March. Depending on the draw they will have a very tough time getting to the Final Four IMO unless they fix their effort and intensity on D...

Meeks' performance was still much better.

Make them play 40 minutes (45 in this case) of defense and the Heels are very vulnerable. IMO they will pay for it in mid March...

You don't see them making it to the Elite 8?

I agree they are vulnerable, but they should easliy when their first two games of the tournament.
