45 CARRIES? Wow no wonder he had so many yards. Anyone know how many plays Boone County ran?
-
Hartline was a little iffy today but defense held strong.
-
Mason County was ranked above Catholic nationally in 03 and 04.
-
The O.J Mayo Rose Hill team that made it to state 3 or 4 years ago.

I can understand Ethan King not making first team but I can't not figure out how he is not even Honorable Mention?:irked::irked:
Agreed. Better than half the players on this list.
-
What does that have to do with Duke?
Coach K is one of the classiest coaches in the history of NCAA basketball.
-
Well in Mason County's case there are at least 200 fans who will want to sit together and cheer and enjoy the game together. They will be there!
-
Montgomery Co. offers the same if not MORE room for student sections.. I don't see where you are going with this? You are just making yourself look bad. I like your picture though.:thumb:
Thanks...hopefully Montgomery will accommodate for student bodies because they are the ones who matter. There should be no Students in a cafeteria while their teams plays. Fans! if you see a student outside not getting in suck it up you have had your time. let the kids enjoy theres.:thumb:

Everyone loves to hate teams with class its pure jealousy...No one would here would turn down a chance to play at Duke or attend its college. Duke wins people don't like it. In turn people like to cry and undermine an institution which The University Of Duke is...AN INSTITUTION. The University Of Kentucky couldnt hold a candle to Duke academically or match the success of the people who graduate from Duke. CEO's, Doctors, etc. Not putting down Kentucky but the hatred Duke receives is actually a compliment because it proves to us fans that we have the program no one wants to see win so we know they are watching.

Clark County must love this.
-
I think every UK fan would take DUKE's record. I love how UK fans hate them and Duke fans pay no attention and don't even recognize it as a rivalry game like the good ole wildcat faithful.
-
What's that have to do with anything? And to be honest, I think each side got one section last year...so that would be equal.
Its very sensible if you take the time to look at it and not look at it like an excuse like people on here tend to lean to..... There will be thousands of teams faithful there and its not fair to expect all the students who work hard for the gas it takes to get there and have them watch their fellow classmates win the region championship from some class room, all because some idiotic fans want to cry about "home court advantage". Its sickening
-
Mason County provides more room for visiting teams sections then they do themselves. Fact
-
Yes. They are marked.:thumb:
So there will be two sections of 200+ courtside seats reserved for each schools student bodies?
-
Will Montgomery reserve student sections like Mason does?
-
Mason County has one of the few final four participants I can recall from this state.
Deron Feldhaus 92 season
Lofton???? possible.
-
Royals by at least 6
Have to remember they beat Station by 12 in Lexington already.

I was sitting at mid-court the other night and it was not an end of quarter shot. Ferg may have thought he was 6 or 7 feet behind the line, but he was in fact at 31 feet and the ball drew rain and settled straight through the net. It was the longest trey I have seen all year HS or college. I have seen 8 Elliott games this year and he consistently makes them from 25/26 feet. In fact I like his chances from 25 feet better than when he is right on the line. Right on the line may be a little too close a shot for him to gage.
I never saw Lofton dunk in HS, but I saw him make a ton of threes. Dunks count 2 and guess what a three counts!! I am afraid some of the bigger schools will do the same thing with Jonathan and miss out on a jewel. Kinda like when Ronnie Dawn (NCC Grad) played at Marshall andl lite UK up with 7 treys and 27 points in US Bank Arena a few years back. Ferg has the same range as Lofton as a shooter.
Great Shooter but doesnt have the same swagger and athleticism as Lofton. Ive watched this kid crack in big games. not ready for college.

Mason Returns a group that will have a chance at returning to state next year.
Russ Middleton
Keith Downing
Ryan Hamm
Phil Barner
Treg Setty
Neal Pawsat
Jordan Gilbert
-
Another kid from the 10th that has been playing very well this season is Chris Mofford from Augusta. Lately he's been a 20/10 guy every night
Downing would be Considered before Mofford in the 10th
-
Ferguson will be one of the top players in the 16th region next year but not a Mr. Basketball Candidate.
-
From the 10th & 11th I would have to say there are several crews that would be good but if I have to pick 3
Cary Lyle, Bart Lenox & Bo Queen
HAHA WRONG! last years 10th region Final anybody????
Keep Mr. Lyle add Mr. Brooks and then since its a wish Mr. Chamberlain
Ty Proffit leaves Notre Dame

Proffit should not go over Setty at Georgetown
