At first glance the sideline rule looks like it is going to be a pain to deal with. Most coaches are already coaching from the field and then backing up 2 yards(or more) to get back into the coaches box.

I would hope all officials will work with the coaches and vice/versa to allow/remind them to get back as soon as the play starts. My feeling is that most officials do not want to make this call and will work with the coaches.

Congrats to Coach Fowler from Shelby County!

2007 Shelby County at Scott County. First round of play-offs

1st game Scott won 40-34. Shelby was down 29-7 after the 1st quarter. Shelby wins 60-56. Alex Matthews throws for 500+ yards and tied a state record with 9 TDs. WR Jordan Burk had 11 receptions for 266yds and tied a state record with 6TDs.

Guys name is Adam Fowler. Don't know much about him. Someone said he coaches freshman baseball at Shelby County.

Coach Fowler was the Head Freshman football coach for several years. He was moved up to the varsity staff last year as the secondary coach and JV OC. He will bring a lot of football knowledge with him. The biggest question is staffing. Will he be able to bring in anyone?

Matthews will be joined by his top two receivers, Coty Minnis and Jordan Burk.

Burk had 90 rec. for 1800+ yds and 18TDs. Minnis had 70 rec. for 1000+ yds and 18TDs.
