  1. Jason Bowling of Owsley County in my opinion is the best catcher in the region. He has a good arm and also good with the bat. He knows the game. I also think the kid from KCC is a good catcher. I hope he decides to play baseball because it is a pleasure to see a good player play the game. I also agree the catcher from PCC is a good catcher. Really there are a few good catchers in the region.

  2. Sorry but you are talking about the wrong game 5eagles5 yes Muncie and Davidson did make the junior allstars that played the 13 region allsars but I think Muncie played in the east west allstar game not the same one I don't think Davidson played in that one if he did i agree with you Hendrix should have been there and maybe he should have been any way.

  3. Thats true but if you ever seen him play and I have seen all those guys on your list play but a couple, then you wouldn't have any question because IMO there is only a few on your list that are better than him, and I don't think you are trying to take anything away from the kid because he hasn't got to play in the big game yet and he may never, but the kid is a player and should be noticed.

You left out a very very good player when you left out Jason Bowling from Owsley.

  5. Jason Bowling played on the Junior AllStars this year. He was Owsleys Catcher and really what you would say their only Varsity pitcher. He hit 5 home runs and batted near 400 i really don't have his stats ( a good solid player on a team that was made up of mostly 8th, 9th, and 10th graders). Thomas McIntosh would have made the Junior Allstars had he played for another team than Owsely ( where he would have been noticed ) A very solid defensive player that can play most any position, and he had to last year, his best position is 2nd base, he batted in the 300's, and again I am not sure of his stats. Robert Smith's return will mean a lot to Owsley he had to set out last season. He will be another solid pitcher to go along with Jason Bowling and is an excellent short stop along with being a good hitter. Things look much better for Owsley this coming season with all the younger players being a year older and the return of Robert Smith.
