I concur. One of my good friends from coaching. Great man who did a lot for the girls' players from the 10th region off the floor.
The 10th Region Girls Coaching Association's President position has a kiss of death to it as the last two Presidents were let go by their school as they wanted to go in a different direction. :irked:
Actually the President is still at his school and stepped down himself to focus on other duties. I think he is still going to continue his job as President.

i agree with you AHSpanther23 i think they might have a better team than they had last year because they dont have a 1 man team everybody on the team will get to see the ball next year......

Show me where I have dogged Augusta. You cant do it because its never happened
Your personal attacks at URIT is basically a slap to all the fans of Augusta. Get out of our threads Mojo, we dont want you!

This is not very accurate. I sat behind the St.Pat bench. St. Pat coach called a timeout late in the game. I clearly heard him say to slow the pace down on the the breaks. Hold up and pass the ball around. accurate. I even told my BGP buddy Big Daddy Bear that it was a classy move. Think about it and they way they played and who was playing clearly showed that. At least to me.
Congrats to the Lady Saints.
Lady Panthers, you have nothing to be ashamed of. You all are wonderfull young ladies. You all have come a long way. The two seniors, you will be missed on the floor but I know you will still be around the Den. Best of luck in your future.
That timeout came with about 1:00 left in the game. I think that it was a bit overdue. There was no class at anything the Saints did at the end of the game. Payback was on the Saints mind, there is no doubt about that. They clearly tried to show up the girls from Augusta.

With just two weeks left in the regular season and the District Tourneys set. Who makes it to the fieldhouse?
From the 37th I'll take Brossart and Scott.
From the 38th: Harrison and Deming
From the 39th: Mason and Augusta
From the 40th: Clark and Montgomery
About time you show some support for your home team panther!

This hasnt even been close to the boys rivalry the last few years. The Lady Panthers have had a rough time going through some growing pains this year, but they have had some signs of hope as of late. With the Lady Bears coming to the Panther Den, I hope they show what they are made of.
Would it be the upset of the year so far if the Lady Panthers win? Or will it be the upset of the year when they beat St Pat again in the districts this year?!

Sad but true. I'm sure you can think of several players that didn't score a lot but were great players also. Ike Reynolds was one. Hard to say how many assists he had to the school's 2nd leading scorer. Hard to say how many rebounds Buddy Baker had too. Coach Phil White had a tremendous amount of rebounds also. But, as you say, high school athletes don't get that kind of recognition.
From what I understand Coach White had a great deal of assists also because of the fact he played with a couple of those guys that "just scored."

Agreed. Why save them? Drives me crazy.
Then speak up and let Coach know!

I, the original BGP Panther was there.
I believe ol' Darth Panther beat you there for being first my wrestling buddy! By the way I was slinging some corn at the game!

Clooney did gain a lot of weight for his last role, I dont know if its enough to play Coach Kelsch though!!!
If he cant play the role, he could at least provide his name. It is about time for a new batch of CLooney autographed jerseys to find their way out! Maybe we will see some at regionals!! If not at least the Panthers will be there! :thumb:

I hate to see BC go out like that, especially to that team.
Does anyone else.....
