Try that and see if it works. I'll check back later.
If it is like other sites you will have to send out an invite to your league to those interested and then they will have to set up an account with ESPN.

By looking at the KHSAA map wouldn't this district layout look the best location wise.
PRP, Butler, Manual and St. Xavier
Male, Southern, Fern Creek and Bullit Central
Trinity, Seneca, Ballard and Eastern
-
For those that are wanting to split Louisville up....isn't it Bullit CENTRAL and not EAST?
Yes, I didnt even notice they had it wrong.
-
One questions in regards to teams requesting to play up.
If a team request to play up will the teams in the above class starting with the last team listed have the option to play down so they stay at 36 teams per class?
If no teams decide to play down will that mean the the teams request to play up will be denied?
Sorry that was two questions.
-
Yeah, but Seneca is closer to St. X than it is to Trinity.
I say that it should be
PRP, Southern, Fern Creek, Bullit East
Manual, Male, X, Butler
Trinity, Ballard, Seneca, Eastern
This is probably the best way to divide up Jefferson County, also trading districts between Male and PRP wouldn't be that bad either.
-
Then what is this?
Class 6A
1,440 Trinity (Louisville)
1,390 St. Xavier
1,142 Paul Dunbar
1,084 Henderson County
1,008 Henry Clay
983 Lafayette
967 Eastern
936 Scott County
927 Pleasure Ridge Park
891 Daviess County
881 Seneca
842 Tates Creek
826 Central Hardin
823 DuPont Manual
816 Nelson County
803 Conner
801 George Rogers Clark
800 Madison Central
793 Ballard
772 Shelby County
772 Southern
772 Southwestern
768 Campbell County
763 Meade County
762 Boone County
736 Ryle
734 Male
725 Marshall County
722 Simon Kenton
716 North Hardin
713 Butler
701 Apollo
698 Greenwood
689 Graves County
687 Fern Creek
678 Bullitt Central
You need to ask Sandman, he is the one that posted that.

The superintendent of Fayette County Schools is wanting Bryan Station to play up so that they are not the only Lexington Public School not in 6A. I have a feeling that they will and that will make a 5 team district.
I can not believe that Harlan and Shelby County are in the same district. That should be a nice bus ride.
I thought Southwestern was in 6A why were they put back in 5A with this website?
http://www.khsaa.org/football/realignment/schoolenrollmentandnotesuseforrealignment.pdf
It looks like they averaged current and last four years male enrollment and that put them in 5A.
-
Yeah, but Seneca is closer to St. X than it is to Trinity. It's also closer to Male and Southern than it is to Ballard and Eastern.
Plus, Seneca would CONSIDER itself central, and Fern Creeek would consider itself eastern.
And if you're talking about location, what's Manual doing in a district with Bullit Central?
I say that it should be
PRP, Butler, Fern Creek, Bullit East
Manual, Male, X, Butler
Trinity, Ballard, Seneca, Eastern
Wow, your making Butler play in two districts.
-
For two districts, I say:
1,390 St. Xavier Jefferson County
823 DuPont Manual Jefferson County
734 Male Jefferson County
713 Butler Jefferson County
772 Southern Jefferson County
1,440 Trinity (Louisville) Jefferson County
881 Seneca Jefferson County
793 Ballard Jefferson County
687 Fern Creek Jefferson County
967 Eastern Jefferson County
And put PRP with Meade and North Hardin, etc. They used to play in that district, you know.
I thought about that too with PRP, wasn't Butler in that same district then.
-
PLEASE TAKE SOUTHERN OUT OF OUR DISTRICT AND PUT MALE THERE!!!!!
I want SOMETHING live in the district. No offense to Seneca(in the 2 district plan) but the 2003 team was something special but won't likely occur anytime soon that I see.
The 3 district plan would work much better as those are the better teams in our district now anyway. It would also give us considerable lattitude in scheduled OOD games.
That Seneca 2003 team was pretty special to me too. I left Male in X's district because of the way it has been the past years.
Maybe they should rotate the big 3 every two years. St. X & Trinity same district, then Trinity & Male and then Male & St. X.
-
That was my thought as well. Provided of course that they seriously overhaul the districts considering most of our district makes the jump to 6A. Otherwise our district is still almost the same size, it would free up maybe 1 or 2 games for us.
I am curious as to how the schools in Jefferson County are going to be split up. As you said 7 of the schools in Trinity's district will still be in 6A, 6 of which are in Jefferson County with another 5 teams in the other district still in 6A.
They say they are going to divide the districts equally, with the 36 teams that Sandman has listed that means there will be 4 districts with 5 teams and 4 others with 4 teams.
So how will they split 11 teams in Jefferson County?
Below are a couple district breakdown possibilities for 6A I tried to work up geographically.
Class 6A - Jefferson County (2 - Districts)
1,390 St. Xavier Jefferson County
927 Pleasure Ridge Park Jefferson County
823 DuPont Manual Jefferson County
734 Male Jefferson County
713 Butler Jefferson County
1,440 Trinity (Louisville) Jefferson County
881 Seneca Jefferson County
793 Ballard Jefferson County
772 Southern Jefferson County
687 Fern Creek Jefferson County
967 Eastern Jefferson County
936 Scott County Scott County
816 Nelson County Nelson County
772 Shelby County Shelby County
I put Eastern here because they were the closest Jefferson County school to Shelby County.
1,142 Paul Dunbar Fayette County
1,008 Henry Clay Fayette County
983 Lafayette Fayette County
842 Tates Creek Fayette County
803 Conner Boone County
768 Campbell County Campbell County
762 Boone County Boone County
736 Ryle Boone County
722 Simon Kenton Kenton County
826 Central Hardin Hardin County
716 North Hardin Hardin County
763 Meade County Meade County
678 Bullitt Central Bullitt County
801 George Rogers Clark Clark County
800 Madison Central Madison County
772 Southwestern Pulaski County
698 Greenwood Warren County
1,084 Henderson County Henderson County
891 Daviess County Daviess County
725 Marshall County Marshall County
701 Apollo Daviess County
689 Graves County Graves County
Class 6A - Jefferson County (3 - Districts)
1,390 St. Xavier Jefferson County
881 Seneca Jefferson County
823 DuPont Manual Jefferson County
687 Fern Creek Jefferson County
927 Pleasure Ridge Park Jefferson County
734 Male Jefferson County
713 Butler Jefferson County
772 Southern Jefferson County
1,440 Trinity (Louisville) Jefferson County
967 Eastern Jefferson County
793 Ballard Jefferson County
772 Shelby County Shelby County
1,142 Paul Dunbar Fayette County
1,008 Henry Clay Fayette County
983 Lafayette Fayette County
842 Tates Creek Fayette County
936 Scott County Scott County
803 Conner Boone County
768 Campbell County Campbell County
762 Boone County Boone County
736 Ryle Boone County
722 Simon Kenton Kenton County
826 Central Hardin Hardin County
816 Nelson County Nelson County
716 North Hardin Hardin County
763 Meade County Meade County
678 Bullitt Central Bullitt County
801 George Rogers Clark Clark County
800 Madison Central Madison County
772 Southwestern Pulaski County
698 Greenwood Warren County
1,084 Henderson County Henderson County
891 Daviess County Daviess County
725 Marshall County Marshall County
701 Apollo Daviess County
689 Graves County Graves County
It looks like some schools are going to have long trips for district games.
Anybody have any more suggestions?

Do you have a link?
Here is the link if you do not have it yet, I have it bookmarked in my favorites.
-
I don't see it, there are 5 schools listed there over 1000:
1,440 Trinity (Louisville)
1,390 St. Xavier
1,142 Paul Dunbar
1,084 Henderson County
1,008 Henry Clay
Henry Clay is the only school there with over 1000 boys in Lexington, still 400 less than Trinity.
Isn't Paul Dunbar in Lexington?

I'm sure the players on Newark Catholic care. Cograts to the players even if it is a championship in Ohio.
-
The KHSAA site shows the first game being played on June 7th. It did not show where the game is being played.
I have heard that it is being played in Shelbyville, but am not 100% sure. I believe they play their games at a complex back in town that was built about 3 or 4 years ago.

I think we can skip this one and the next one...
I agree, they should have combined the S & T schools to make it a little interesting.
By the way I did vote for St. Xavier and not my childrens school.

Where are the BIG schools from Louisville? Ony HC made the list above!!!
I believe they are talking about NKY Schools and that would be Covington Holy Cross.

OH my....St X loses the state championship game and they want a coaching change. This is ridiculous! You X fans are so spoiled! Call it an honor that you get to play in the game! You are lucky to have someone that can lead you there.
So far their hasn't been a St. X fan respond. These are all Trinity Supporters.
Sorry Tigerkat you responded while I was typing.

Congrats to Trinity on their win tonight. It was a great game to watch. I thought Anderson was going to take it in for a score on fourth down, but a Trinity player came in and put a heck of a hit on him. Did not get the players number on that play, anyone know who it was.
Also liked the bootleg call on third down by Trinity to get the first down and then was able to run out the clock.
-
Thanks,
For advanced sells I presume.
-
It seemed like the few calls they did get were concerning KHSAA's botching of the ticket situation.
Missed the show, what is the problem with the ticket situation?
