Two good teams. Great crowd and atmosphere. Perfect weather. Blessed to have been able to watch two groups of young men battle to the last second. Goodluck to Rockcastle, their kids are well coached and play extremely hard and with passion, can’t ask for much more than that.

I heard Renfro is being recruited by UL is that correct?
I haven’t seen a blessed to receive an offer from University of Louisville

Paris lost 4 year starter in Maggard at QB, Cox at LB & Eric Johnson, but returns most of their line and Barber. If Renfro kid plays, could be a really strong team.
-
The truth is if Paris loads schedule, they have 18 kids left going into playoffs, weight room and numbers are what Paris need.
-
If Paris kid doesn't block him he gets run over, its defenseless player issue, that was not the case.
-
Raceland wore Paris down in 2nd half, #'s caught up with hounds. Paris couldn't block Racelands front. Terrible call on #21's TD for Paris, game changing call.

I sense a hint of sarcasm...anyone from Knox Central or Bourbon Co. have any info on the him? I sense he is an athlete, just don't see any jaw dropping stats.
Following the lead.
-
Exactly. No big deal.
-
Does not matter if he plays, Raceland has seen players better than him this year, Paintsville, Ashland, Somerset, Portsmouth OH, Patriots etc...

Paris football program is work in progress. 5-6 in 2016. Picked 4th in District at beginning of season, most predictions would have been 5-5 or 6-4 at best. Paris has good group of Seniors who will play hard. Raceland is good team, good numbers, well coached, good opportunity for Paris. Shuttlesworth looks from his posts that he is obsessed with Paris, kind of sad to root so hard against a team of 30 young men playing football.
-
Raceland is a good team. Paris has to play lights out to win on both sides of the ball.
-
If Renfro plays that makes Paris a much different team. He has size and speed. Offensively you have a guy that can go over top, defensively you have a guy that can set edge and pass rush.
-
Catspause had Paris finishing 4th in district and at beginning of season, Harrison, Holy Cross and Ludlow would have all been favored.

I'm not saying that Paris can't beat Raceland. I don't think they will but they could. They will not light up the scoreboard! I have seen them on film and they have some impressive athletes. They have not faced a defense as stout as Raceland.
Raceland already beat Brossart?

If Bourbon is full strength 42-28.

Looking at BC's stats, they weren't far off from their rushing average per game. Tad had a very good statistical game and the passing stats were good as well. Where did this score come from, was it just no red zone scoring for BC,turnovers? Paris defense didn't, what I call completely, shut them down. Again looking for analysis from those that were there, but not getting any
One team had players that could finish runs other team did not.

I will eat my crow, I thought Fischer would run wild and Bracken County's front would be to much for Paris. #5 from Paris put on a show and Paris' defense was solid.
-
What does Paris' defense look like.
-
The Polar Bears line will control both sides of the ball all night. 35-14 Polar Bears, Bracken line grinds Paris down in the 2nd half.
