I know nothing about clay county or its football team but I have saw some of coach Sizemore's games and quick research tells me clay county would probably have a parade with a 5-6 or 3-8 campaign little on a 8-3 season with a share of a district title I think? But Like I said you know more of what they need than me just spitting my two cents.

all three teams have a share of the district championship. NC gets the 1 seed.

I think both are over 1000 yards for the year, not sure if their starting qb is back yet either. Wild finish in this one for sure!

I don't know how the rest of Polar Bear Nation feels but I want that #1 seed, a bye and a home game against Raceland, you have to play them eventually, lets get it on. I'm thinking Harlan was around 7 or 8 depending on which rankings you go by. Nonetheless 2 solid wins.

Disagree, Nicholas would be two or three scores consistently behind Hazard and Williamsburg and most of the other top 10 in 1a. Schedules of who they play may make one look better on paper, but not in reality.

Didn't say they were better than anyone other than in their district but I do think their a top 10 team in the state, 8-1 is nothing to be embarrassed about with their schedule.. could have easily dropped 3 or 4 games and they haven't phoned in a game yet they brought it last night, bracken was just at home and playing at another level. Williamsburg and hazard are definitely good teams but multiple scores better I'm not willing to believe. Good thing is we might get to find out that's the beauty of sports!

Solid win for gallatin

Nicholas is legit and still the best team in the disctrict night in night out. outside of the top 2 or 3 teams in 1a anyone can be beaten on any givin night. Same styles clashed and bracken seemed to have just executed better and wanted it more. I believe the sizemore kid is still in his 20s if I'm not mistaken, definitely an impressive turn around and resume building season. Don't think we have seen the last of Nicolas though at all. Excited to see what this district does in the post season as a whole.
