  1. NC is a solid team. I like there smash mouth style. On a side note after the game NC prayed with Bethlehem and were very humble in victory. Best of luck to the Bluejackets the rest of the year. Bethlehem lost 5 starter on the line from last years region runner up squad, two are now playing college football.Bethlehem had one young man out will an illness. For Casky, Hayes, and Morris it was there first varsity start. Crawford had started some on the line last season but was eventually moved to the defensive side only while occasionally playing some FB and blocking TE. Prescott also stated at times on the line last season but was a tackle, Friday was his first start at center. If Bethlehem can get some line issues ironed out they can be pretty solid. Time will tell. Good luck to the Eagles the rest of the way as well.

  2. I won't call this a snub because lists are hard to make and there is always someone left out, especially small school players. With that said I believe in my own opinion that William Brown deserved at least HM. Brown was a 2 way starter all four years and has earned a ton of scholarship offers from all NCAA Divisions including D1 FBS.Not bad for a player from a one of the smallest Class A schools (Bethlehem).

  3. It truly was until young went down and the Qb( unsure of his name) went down. With that being said I believe even with both of those players healthy they still don't beat a Russellville, or a Beechwood. I'm not one to blame a coach but even with the injuries they still are loaded with athletes and good players. The stuff he ran last night he hasent ran all year and the decision to go for 2? Credit Bethlehem for taking advantage of all that and wining a game everyone said they would lose by double digits.

  4. The loss of Young hurt them badly, however most still thought Cville was was on another level. Cvill had way more athletes than Bethlehem, they had way to much speed for Bethlehem. But Bethlehem got the W, what a crazy year 1st the Cubs make it to the NLCS now this! What's next the Browns win the super bowl.

  5. I think for some or most cases at least with the schools i see weekly its a tradition thing. I know at Bethlehem it has been done since day one and it will continue to be that way for eternity. Its not like thousands of fans rush the field most of the time its around 25-50 people (Parents, family, friends, cheerleaders, ect). Coaches give a quick speech usually followed by information the previously listed may need to know about the upcoming week, and then closed out with a prayer. In Bethlehem's case everyone knows the drill and all goes well. There has never been an issue at home or on the road. Its tradition.

  6. William Brown From Bethlehem High School is solid. Plays his position (Center) extremely well. Excellent drive blocker and pass protector. Quick feet and good hands. Judging from what i have seen of him he could play any position on the line. Throw in he is a 4 year starter on both sides of the ball and that he has a high GPA, and ACT score as well as ranking in the top of his class in an "Academic School". Ive been told he is getting looks from NAIA to small D1.

  7. Bethlehem High School senior William Brown #63 6'1' 310 pounds. Four year starter at Center and Defensive Tackle. He can also long snap. Quick feet, good hands, physical player. Im pretty sure he has been an All-District at both positions. Getting some looks from D1 schools (I dint know which ones). I will attempt to find his stats and other info like 40 and weight max's and post them.
