Justin Wade of Calvary Christian joins the 1000 point club.

Seems to be the cougars have hit a road block. Calvary bench is very weak. Seems the coach might need to adjust the offense to better fit they're scoring trio. I believe they are better then the score. Nice job by the Mustangs and there coaching staff. Good luck to both teams the rest of the way. Lastly, at some point in basketball you must learn to play man defense. Especially after a 13 to zip run.

The 10th is extremely weak this yr.
Whoever wins region could be out early at Rupp.

This was actually a good game to watch. Despite the score it stayed somewhat competitive. And both teams showed effort.
Good to see Calvary have some talent.
Justin Wade lead Calvary with 21 points.
Akeem Riley added 17 points.. Rusch just a freshman is fun to watch. A small guard who plays tough. Flashy handles. And a good jump shot. He scored 13..
Jake Ohmer fired it up from outside.
One of the best guards in Nky.
Fun game for 2 schools that are a mile apart

Jake Ohmer may very well be the best Guard in the States!!

Justin Wade of Calvary lead all scorers with 20 pts.
Didn't play much in 2nd half
Mason Rausch Freshman of Calvary Christian added 12 pts. Per friend who was at game. Aikeem Riley did not dress.

Could Covington Catholic run the table ? What are the chance?
-
Unfortunately Saint Henry will be too small this yr. They have to be more disciplined in the press break and trap situation. Too many easy buckets for Conner.

Awesome job..

Congrats Justin. Nice young man.

Any stats on this one ?
-
one thing about Maley... no matter who is on the court he leads the world in heart and effort.
-
Augusta and St. Pat from the 10th not on the list of schools submitting stats. :idunno:
I would think Maddox would be in the scoring leaders somewhere.
St. Pat is reporting because they have a kid in top 20 rebounding.

Very interesting thread. I was hoping it would be about the Holy Cross standout and not his dad and NKU. Has bluegrass preps become the facebook of high school basketball???? I would say he has a shot at D II... might get to play sooner at a Thomas More

Snow games

I've seen Mullins play aau for at least 5yrs... I like the kid but wish he would grow up he has always been a me player and not a team player. one of the most talented kids in northern ky.. one of the reasons he left Holmes is because he wants to be the star and not play second behind anyone
-
Except Mullins will be in the lineup.
O I see that now .... holycross 65 Newport 62.....final thought
-
Holy Cross wins this one... the Indians have won big games all yr.. with Mullins out of the lineup for Newport it will be hard to match points with the pace of the Indians... Holy Cross wins big 66-50.

Oops, once again folks forgot there is a team from Taylor Mill in the 10th. Good call of Larosa's even though I'm not a fan. And isn't Snappy's headquartered in Independence? snappy on 3l and yes scott and calvary Christian are both 10th
