Going back and reading this thread I cannot believe some of the things you so called "adults" said about these 15, 16, 17, and 18 year old boys. I'm just in shock at the nasty things you said about these kids, you do realize they can read this too, and if you call the way they played "dirty" then I urge you to watch some professional soccer matches and see if those men aren't getting hit twice as hard as Scott "hits" other teams.

Another thing, do you not think that those boys were fightin for something they wanted? Both teams deserved to be there, as their records show. Heck both teams deserved to win that game. And honestly remembering that game if the teams played 100 times I'd say BG wins 53 and Scott wins 47.

But this season is over and we're moving on to the next one. Both teams lost a fair amount of talent. But best of luck to all.

So why in the world do you try a 3 pointer when you are down 1 and have the ball out under your own basket with 5 seconds left in the game? A 3 pointer is not a high percentage shot in case they didn't know. Unreal!

It was pretty obvious he wasn't the player chosen to take the shot. They passed it in to their tallest player (so Scott couldn't get it) and he was probably supposed to pass it. But he was in a panic and couldn't find anyone open. And knowing there was les than 5 seconds left he put up a shot.

I do believe that center ref gave Treadway his red earlier in the season at a tournament Scott played in, but I'm not positive.

From my perspective it definitely seemed as if the center ref slightly biased. Push in the backs called for BG and not Scott. Soft tackles were free kicks for BG, sometimes even cards for Scott, and the same tackle was nothing when the teams were reversed. I have not see the playback of the game, but from what I saw, the center wasn't too fair.

You cannot blame the players for playing hard. You can blame the ref for losing control of the game.

Dunbar had so many missed opportunities, easily could have gone the other way had they landed.

Cannot wait to see this match tomorrow night, I say 2-1 Scott at half, and the Eagles come out strong in the second half (like they have done all year) and put another 2 on the board. 4-1 final. Treadway-2 Schneider-1 Morgan-1. Like I said before, cannot wait to see this one! GO EAGLES!
