I hope that some who post here will have the integrity to step up and address your issues with the coaching staff. And yes, they are your issues. I have watched the HHS threads with amusement all season long as some of you have shown your lack of character and class by bashing a staff that is basically volunteering to help your kids. Every school has parents who do not agree with their soccer coaches. Thankfully, most do not air their grievances in a public forum as some HHS parents do. Perhaps the kids that opted out this year did so because they could not stand the annual infighting and negativity that surrounds HHS girls soccer. This attitude infected the program just within the past half dozen years and it is now and has always been a 'parent problem'. These years are short, the high school soccer seasons are over in the blink of an eye. Do your kids a favor. Get rid of the negativity in this program, butt out and let them enjoy their high school soccer years.
I would venture to say that many if not most schools have similar issues but they either don't complain to others or they deal with it direct.

Do you think their religious faith might have a bearing on the decision? Would an all girls environment impact the decision? Would staying with classmates that they have been with throughout grade school be a factor? Or, would all these things just be afterthoughts, taking a back seat to sports?
Maybe you could if any parents have one child in public and one in private why? I doubt it would be about religion or classmates, more like keeping a club team together year round.

Sounds like a class act.

It was senior day, they started about 8 seniors, they didn't look hurt and didn't get scored on until later in the game.

No soccerfun. All the sophmores do not play on the same team. But yes some of them have sisters that play for other schools.
Is the KHA red team changing from last year? They should be even better this year with 6 of them playing together year round. Should make for a great club season.

Agree with the prayer thing being odd. Also think NDA attracts a lot of girls that are only there because they or their parents think they will get a better soccer scholarship. This makes showoffs. Do all the sophomores play on the same club team? Is it true these same girls have sisters playing for other schools?

Congrats Cru
Could it be possible that high school pride and heart beat out club soccer?
