Just a few observations about this years Tigers team...

 

Correct about Ethan....he is always an emotional game player, and has done a great job of keeping some of those emotions in check this year. Growing up....BW needs his emotion to be positive and it has been.

 

Slusher is the MVP of this team....many talented players can claim that title each week but Slusher is consistently making plays on both sides of the ball.

 

Depth for this Tigers team is going to win them these last few games. It will be a play here...or a play there, but RB, DB, and Lineman getting a "blow" now and then will make the difference.

 

Getting Studor back at the right time has provided an added "boost" in attitude.

a boost on offense. yes. Studer is the leader of that defense. Hands down.

He is correct! If MF is fortunate enough to get past Russellville it's clear sailing. MF would then cruise into BG. Just watch and see , or ask them, they'll tell ya.

BSD, luv the lone vote for Bethlehem, last week, well every week against the Cards. Goes to show just how fearful of the Cards some of the Bw folks are of the Cards, though I guess I can't really blame you. Too funny!

Why would I like Mayfield? Why would I want my team to play them? Of course I am going to root against them. But they aren't untouchable like you are making them out to be. Doesn't mean I don't give them the respect they deserve, but to say Russellville will be Mayfields toughest game to make it to state, is absurd. You worry about R_Ville then worry about that long drive up to Fort Mitchell and we'll see how this plays out.

No disrespect, I just fear Russ far more than Bw or Frank. I think this is out biggest obstacle, at least this week anyway

Stringer seems to be running with a huge amount of confidence right now, and with Studer back in the mix and Stokes getting carries at FB they will be tough to defend. Hope I am back in town this coming Friday, think it has the potential to be one heck of a game.

Oh, and I don't want to offend the big guys up front, they are doing an unbelievable job controlling the line of scrimmage.

Stringer and Studer really do compliment each other really well. Quick shifty back and hard nosed runner. Keeps the defense on their toes.

What % is the girl to blame?

If this goes to Federal Court that's the question the jury has to answer. Then they decide on compensation.

90% girl 10% cop

Girl had 1 DUI was scared to get another. She was 6 times over the legal limit, and high as a kite. She was told to stop, made the decision not to. Ran over cops foot, then proceeded to hit him with her vehicle. Had others in the car, one of which had a warrant for his arrest.

Only rational way I could think this officer could have avoided this was to block exit with his vehicle.

So really probably 95% girl.....5% deputy.

Girl had a previous DUI, was scared to get another. This is justified. He didn't wake up and say, "Today I want to kill a teenage girl." She was scared, but she should have pulled over.

I may feel dumb for asking this, but I thought there was no running clocks in the playoffs?

LOL. These Mayfield fans sure have some big heads right now. Rightfully so I guess. Ill take the field, with enormous amounts of confidence. I think Mayfield may be sitting too high right now.

I see plenty of people singling out small position groups on here all the time. Stop whining and move on. Be an adult.

really??? not towards your son, but your first selection. I wasn't overly impressed with Fuller. Don't get me wrong. Heck of a ball player. But out of all the alumni at Holy Cross, Fuller????

I like Beechwood in this one. They are hot and seem to be clicking on all cylinders. Looking like a chance of rain Friday. Any word on #37 Studer?

Great overview. Heard BW suffered major skill player loss last week. Is that true? if so, who? Is there a next man up?

Look most D1 schools have 2015 recruits committed by now. There will be a few outstanding players who get late offers. If your D1 recurring will happen before your senior season most not all.

i didn't mention anything about d1 recruits. The thread is Top 26 players in NKY. I feel that at least one of those three are worth a look. to each their own though.

I left at halftime. 34-0. Say a prayer for Joe Studer. Has an MCL injury. Not sure if it's sprained or torn. Speedy recovery hopefully.

If Studer and Stringer can hold onto the ball this one should be easily won by BW. I see Studer getting a bulk of the carries up the gut tonight with Stringer being the change of pace back and occasional Stokes ruthless running.

Studer, Burns, Stokes....cmon man...

No excuses. Plenty of calls on both sides that were blown. Didn't cost them the game, because this one was never close to begin with.
