DV Gulley of Holmes with 5 recorded Homeruns and has hit 10+ balls in the gaps at the 365ft mark of Meinken Field that's left to right 321-365-375-365-321 doesn't pull the ball much but would be in the 12-16 range for Homer's playing in most other NKY fields.

Haven't heard much but I do know they got a nice transfer in Armand Jackson From Holmes. Made a huge impact on the d-line last year at holmes and looks to get in the backfield at Conner. 6'1" 230lbs. fast and strong.

DV Gulley at Holmes. 6' lefty 1B,OF,P brings it low 80's sweet stroke just getting back into baseball.

Thanks for all the prayers. Amori fractured her knee cap last Wednesday in Bowling Green last week while playing. Dr. Angelo Colosimo successfully performed surgery to fuse both pieces back together yesterday morning and Amori is home resting now.

It's been a pleasure watching her grow from the cheerleader to the basketball player she has become and will be! Her role at Holmes has changed a lot over the last 3 years as their style of play has changed. Sophomore year she averaged 13/10 junior year 9/7 and this year her numbers are down even more. The team presses from tip to buzzer and forces a ton of turnovers and she doesn't get many opportunities in the half court offense and she has never complained! She likes to win and did a lot of it. She had a very successful AAU career with the NKY Lady Legends and then the Cincy Angels that led to her great collegiate opportunity and for that we are thankful! Her high school career may be over but her basketball career has just begun!

5 years ago if you told me she would some day play collegiate basketball I would have believed you because she is that special and physically gifted. At 12 she could hit a golf ball 180 yds. At 14 I seen her short hop a 300 ft fence and routinely hit balls 40-50 feet over high school fences in her brief fast-pitch softball career. If anyone has ever seen her hit a volleyball knows that had she chosen that route she'd have been playing college volleyball somewhere. And if you're reading this thinking I'm on here to brag or boast about my dsughter..... You would be correct!! She is an amazing young lady whose gifts and talents reach beyond any field or court and I love her whole heartedly! She will be back stronger and better than ever!

That was an ugly game period! Ryle turnovers and Holmes struggled to finish even in transition. 3 min left in the game and Dawgs up around 10 Perkins calls the Dawgs off?! Played not to lose definitely not to win and it about bit him as Holmes fouled Ryle and put them on the line and they made it close hitting their freethrows.

How did Mason do against Holmes last year at Mason? Best starting 5 in NKY?

I'm very proud and excited for Amori! It was a lot of hard work and time put into what culminated into her signing Wednesday. She had some tremendous support from her coaches, family, teammates and friends! I said it before from cheerleading in the 7th grade to this and I can honestly say... I knew she could do it! She is amazingly talented and will always be successful! Special thanks to Tara and Humphrey Englemon of the NKY legends who gave a cheerleader gym time after she made the switch to basketball and the Cincinnati Angels program for all their support. None of this would be possible without their contributions. Me and her mother are grateful and thankful for all the support!

Only player not returning for Holmes will be Hannah Tubbs. No secret there.

Holmes returns starting 5 and top 6 players from a 30-3 team that's only 3 losses came from rival Holy Cross. Talented team coming back.

You say drop it let it go but the point... There should be nothing to drop and let go! It is a big deal when you have girls being pulled aside and being asked about what's said on here by coaches not other players!! It's not right or fair to the girls!! I make no bones about it his treatment and the way he talks to my girls and I speak on them because that's what I know has been anything but respectful or fair and now to have this!!!

Well let me end this rumor for at least two of the Lady Bulldog's players they will not be going anywhere!!!

I know both of my girls have been pulled to the side and questioned about this anonymous rumor! That's a distraction they or this team didn't need!

A Holmes player will be transferring to Holy Cross next year.
