If the OC of Franklin co is who I think then he has been a HC too.
I think their Offensive Coordinator is a fairly young guy. One of my friends in the capital city said he thought it was Eddie(sp.) James. I'm not familiar with his name or background but they sure have had some offensive success there.

Its looking Like Jason Lynch will be the choice for Ryle. From what i have been told they scheduled 5 interviews and conducted four. Jason Lynch from Highlands. Russel Rigdon the OC from Manual, The offensive coordinator from Franklin County ( not sure of name) ,Coach Woolf Ryle's longtime assistant , and coach Wirth cancelled the day of his interview.

I'd guess that's a possibility with at least one candidate being from out of the area.
Who is that?

I wonder if the weather is slowing the process down?

I'm with Clyde. I don't believe I would put out a survey to the players. My list would consist of a lot of fun things I wanted. Pizza after practice, no sprints, More carries etc, etc, etc

Any word on when interviews will be completed or who they have interviewed.

Who is Mike Parker? I am not familiar with him. Is Letton still trying to coach? Do we know why he stepped away from LC?

any new news on this topic?

Any updates on the progress of the coaching search at Ryle?

Tates Creek schedule looks manageable. What does Creek have coming back?

For Lloyd's sake I hope that it was Franklin County's Offensive Coordinator and not their defensive coordinator.

I'll be there. Looking forward to it.

Wow those numbers are very impressive.

Congrats. A.J. is a great kid and will do well at the next level.

Moving from coordinator to the big chair makes a lot of sense to lots of assistants. NKY is also a desirable place to live.
I would have to agree with that. With Florence and Cincinnati so close there is plenty to do. I'm hearing that the coordinator was from Franklin County. Not sure now if it was offense or defense because earlier i had heard Offense but someone else said defense. Hopefully we can get some concrete information on this job soon.

Out of state?? Am I totally missing something? Is this a DESIRABLE job??
I'm more curious to know who the coordinator out of central KY was. I was told that the guy was successful but moving from 5A to 2A doesn't make a lot of sense IMO.

This situation sounds like a mess. What is the deal with the state taking over there?

Saw this kid at a camp. He is a great player.

It seems like the Juggs have some talent. Not sure they will be able to live up to the success they had last year especially with the coaching change.

This is a great hire for Greenwood.

I have heard that there were 6 interviews. These were held Monday Wednesday, And Friday of last week. The selection committee interviewed 3 Assistants from Northern Kentucky, Offensive Coordinator from a 5A school in Central Kentucky and 2 out of state candidates. Decision should happen within the next few days.

If i were a kid id play them all. Have seen some research where specialization causes injuries at a younger age. (ex. Baseball pitchers)
