Not sure how anyone can argue against 5 Guys
-
I certainly do. I love that style of play.
As do I, which you never see that anymore, and it's even disappearing from high school games.
Watching college football in the 90s made Saturday mornings worth waking up for, especially the ol' wishbone and things like the triple option.

Should be brutal, and I don't remember Highlands ever having Mercy on any team.
-
Rankings don't really matter to me, except it looks like there will be a bunch of good basketball in Northern Kentucky.

T.O. did cost us the Carolina game by getting P.I. called on the Panthers' 43, and then they intercept it the next play, kick a field goal, and win it.
I still disagree with him being the most overrated and we've yet to even see him break out this year.

Mike might be available, word is the Raiders wanted to cut Mitchell this year and Al Davis trumped the coaching staff.
Either way, does Dale get his pound of flesh back?
And finally I don't think this would have ever happened under the old Commish.
Really? I thought I saw Mitchell in the game with steady time (actually, I was going to say that that would mean the coaches wanted him on the team, but Al Davis has even the final say in who plays *I remember Warren Sapp or someone saying that Al Davis would actually call in a play he wanted from the owner's box*).

Who comes out of the East? Heat
Who comes out of the West? Lakers
MVP? I'm going out on a limb and saying Lebron because, with other superstars, I think that he just does whatever he wants.
Who has a breakout year? OJ Mayo
ROY? John Wall, his moves are already winning over the masses

Because picking two spots higher would have cost Mike Brown more money, even if only a small amount (relatively), and Mike Brown doesn't spend money

Can't seem to get a straight answer that can't be argued- is Holmes that good, Scott that bad, or did Scott just make a lot of mistakes and shoot themselves in the leg?

Actually was Brandy
Some hot girl had front row tickets and asked me and a friend to go, so why not?

Chad should have probably worked with Palmer and his teammates all those summers. The two biggest mistakes in franchise history (and there have been a bunch of big ones) are not trading Chad to the Redskins and not taking the Saints deal the year they wanted Ricky Williams. For Chad to say he wants to be a great player, but not put in the work with his team in the summer is beyond a joke.
Hardly the two biggest mistakes:
Kijana Carter, Chris Perry over Steven Jackson (Rudi was unsigned, but he should have been and we shouldn't have even drafted a back), Akili Smith, David Klingler, and the list goes on.
They could easily be 4-1 if not for big drops by both and offensive pass interference penalties on both. The biggest problem in Cincinnati is and always will be Mike Brown and his lack of scouts. Not to mention no GM, small and horrible training staff, no indoor practice facility, horrible training equipment, etc..

Even Yahoo knows that the pole's a joke:
Though NFL players are usually paragons of sound judgment, I'm going to have to take issue with this one. T.O. is the "most" in many categories: loud, over-exposed, attention-seeking, annoying, reluctant to run a crossing route, likely to star in unwatchable television shows. But overrated? If anything he's been underrated this year.Owens didn't sign until the eve of training camp and was only able to muster a one-year deal from the Cincinnati Bengals. Basically, every team in the NFL passed on him during the offseason. All he's done so far in 2010 is put himself on pace to post career highs in receptions and yards, yet you never hear about his play, just his antics.
And for that, he's overrated? Hmm ... maybe Donovan McNabb(notes) went Chicago-style on this ballot and voted more than once.

I don't think it was a "moral victory," because there's no such thing at CovCath, but I do think that it let CovCath know that Highlands is beatable. Another reason why it's not a moral victory is because CovCath knows that they have to improve and do things better in order to win, but hopefully they understsand that and come out to play ball next time.

Alex Connelly was a complete mismatch for the the entire Bluebirds secondary. CCH needs to find a way to get him the ball more.
The defense played extremely inspired and seem to live in the Bluebird backfield in the 4th quarter.
Maybe this was already mentioned, but why'd they not go to Connelly on the final drive?? I didn't get to go to the game, but it sounded like Highlands couldn't cover him to save their lives, and I don't remember even hearing that a ball was thrown his way on the final drive. Maybe they were doubling him (or even tripling him), but I'm sure they were doing that most of the game and he was still producing.
Anyone know why they didn't go to him on the final drive?
Should Boone Lose Their Ryle Game Intentionally?

I'm lost, but it sounds like Boone should just win because it's out of their hands, so why lose and have a bad taste in the players' mouths?
