Why can't people shut this other crap up? The Raceland vs Fairview crap is getting tiring, people want to get on these threads to read about the games that occur. Not the same old crap over and over, grow up and let's let the KIDS on the field settle it. All you people are doing is ruining this site for everyone.

As for the NC vs Raceland game, very physical and thought it was going to be a hard nose game after the firs quartert. Good game Raceland, but I bet you guys were feeling us this morning . Good luck this season

The game I watched with Bourbon last Friday, didn't include much of Hopkins after the return for a TD. Western Hills played good defense and contained him well. QB Charby Pope for Bourbon was the work horse that night.

Congrats to Bourbon and Charby Pope! Would be really nice for Nicholas if he was still wearing Blue.

If Pikeville can keep they're cool and play like a team, they will name the score. Fairview isn't a team, they are a bunch of kids from different schools thrown onto a team. The past 2 years now I have seen Fairview fight amongst each other once the going got tough. They are not a family and they do not rely on each other. So my advice keep your cool Pikeville, take it to them, and they will fall apart.

We believed we could win tonight, and was very close to a victory.

I'm not one to complain or be a sore loser bc I'll take my licks and keep on ticking, and I AM NOT saying that the Officials are the reason for our loss. But I will say that the was the poorest group of officials I have ever witnessed in my entire life in any sporting event. Bogus calls, and invisible penalties killed our field position. But one thing about it, the Blue Jackets kept fighting through it. Great season fellas, I'm proud of everyone of you!

I predict Fairview in this game, even though the score was closer between us and FHS than Williamsburg. I feel that Fairview's offense is much too powerful for Williamsburgs defense, at times when we were clicking we moved the ball very well; But when you have 4 turnovers that become scores for the other team it's hard to get any kind of offense going. I honestly think that the key factor on offense will be Fairview's #44, he's big and physical and may cause alot of problems this week. Williamsburg better lace em up tight! Where Williamsburg killed us was on the passing game, although their QB was pretty inaccurate he came through when they needed him. Fairview's secondary knows how to play football and will rattle the Williamsburg QB.
