Zane Karrer was being looked at by WKU and Purdue but I do not believe either made an offer.
He is going to western.

Trinity. Playing the best in state right now

I'm no expert, but I believe this may be a violation of BGP rule 4.
I think everyone needs to be mindful of the rules BGP has set up.
Also, I think the Trinity, Saint X and Highlands fans should not be taking shots at each other's programs. That's the kind of stupid stuff that goes on over on Yappi, and this is a better-class site than that!!
Trinity = 1st-class program
Saint X = 1st-class program
Highlands = 1st-class program
Agreed? Good!

There's no secret that Beatty and Glaser don't like each other. On one side you have a coach that has grown up in Louisville and truely loves the school and everything it stands for with the kids. At the end of the day, he still wants to win and that's why he coaches. He tends to show his emotions a little differently. On the other side, you have a coach who might not be from here but fully understands the legacy he's inherited and helped to build. He's a tough love coach and not the most personable but in the end his methods of teaching winning and losing to 15-18 year olds is no less effective. Coach Beatty told me before the season that this team was going to be a challenge but he was excited about the challenge. You can critisize him all you want, but it is his job to put the team in the best position to win. This time around, he just didn't make all of the right choices. The kids he played on both sides of the ball were out of gas by the beginning of the second half and lost their effectiveness particularly on defense. Our lack of making substitutions on the defensive front kept us from staying fresh and allowed St.X to continue to run the clock. At the end of the game the result was the same as the first game. We just got beat by a better team. Again Congratulations to the Tigers. We'll be back!
I also thought that T looked tierd 2nd half. What about 71 Watson I thought he was probably one top lineman on D. 70 Kupper play well but look tierd 2nd half from going bothways.

One would question this after the taunting gesture last night along with the multiple comments in the past about having the "best team" even when X couldn't win the title.
I'm sure his players love him but they do on most of the other successful teams.
A truer measure is how he represents his school to the outside world and he has been lacking a bit in this department over the past few years with exampes of questionable comments/gestures both when he wins or loses?
Since this by no means is a reflection on the X kids I do believe they deserve congratulations!
WOW! Didn't realize so many people watch Coach Glaser in stead of their team. Must be one great person / coach.

There is not instant replay in HS. If there was, X would have beaten T in the 2007 finals

Every one had stopped because a whistle was blown when he went down.
Plus look at the video, appears to be a facemask but no call. Just part of the game. Maybe high school replay?

Colts need to slow down the passing game to win. DeSales in a close one 24-21

Great win for Greenwood. Now I will say that I have picked you guys all year. But I didn't for this game and here is why, I went with Henderson because they (you guys too) have had a good year and they tradition but I WAS wrong. Now that is not my first time and want be my last. Greenwood has made me believe in them now. Is next week game at your house or St. X? Good luck next week.
Game is at Greenwood

LC comes away with mild upset 17-10

DeSales has alot of Seniors that play important roles. Have to take the Colts in this one 24-19

Really believe X is where they need to be. Played fair game with alot of room for improvement between now and playoffs

I think the biggest hole for the Tigers to fill will be O-Line (I might be partial) but than again the coaches will move kids to the spots that will make this a very good Team.
