Why would Boone not schedule games for an entire week during the heart of the season or were they just off because of weather?

It appears that only some define this as a problem. You seem to be the banner-carrier this year in defining this as a problem.
Do you see this rising to such a level of disgust in your thinking as to cause you to lose interest in Highlands athletics?
It almost sounds like the person is an outsider trying to fit in. By viewing thier past posts it looks like the person won't be much of a loss. If this person is trying to upset the apple cart in Ft Thomas, they are sadly mistaken. Won't happen!

What will the Crazies do now. Do they cheer for the baseball team?
-
This is sad to hear for the Lloyd program. Does anybody know where Senior is these days? I can remember him being at Newport back in the late 90's.
-
I don't think Pike was on his back when the Birds played at Dixie this past year
I watched the Dixie/HHS playoff game and can remember #14 being sacked numerous times. #14 is Pike right?

This kid sounds like he is a stud!
One question, why Dixie and not somewhere like Ryle or Highlands.

This is your opportunity to talk about players from other schools and you have not.
Love your Avatar, Old school.

I think this a great move by the Scott program!

Wayne has told several of us privately that he is very happy where he is and would have no interest in Bell County. I believe him although I do expect Bell to come after him hard.
I wonder if the new coach will want field turf at Bell Co.:thumb:

Hope I get to see the McCoy/Towles tandem in action this weekend.....That is' date=' unless someone gets cold feet.[/quote']
And the beat goes on:thumb:
You are not a very big fan of Highlands(Dale Mueller) are you? Why would he get cold feet? I mean, doesn't Dale deserve some credit where credit is due. Last I checked, the man has a pretty good Resume. The people I have talked to have said the man could of left a long time ago to supposedly (Greener) pastures but instead would rather keep winning football games at Highlands. I don't know, I just dont understand you sometimes with some of your off the wall below the belt posts.:idunno:

Just to throw a little salt in some wounds down south...here's a couple shots from our last visit...
(1) with less than a minute to go in the 3rd quarter, HHS clinging to a 21-14 lead. JC methodically drives deep into the HHS redzone until Sr. DE Kody "Rosie" Rosenhagen picks the pocket of the ball carrier and "rumbles" the length of the field for the score that would effectively "seal the deal". Escorted by fellow Sr. DE Adam Dempsey.

What!
No Nickname for him..
Hmmmmm. I wonder what position Dempsey would of played under Dale's new system they are running. Even Collinsworth couldn't crack both sides of the ball. My guess is it would of been D-Line:thumb:

Breds played a great game again this week. Zack Pangallo continues to impress at quarterback. He ran in a score and threw a TD pass to Leo Barth and Brandon Gray. Breds other scores came on a TD run by Logan Neff and a blocked punt and return by Brandon Gray. Breds defense was great again all the way around. Josh Schneider and Nate Enslen had great games at DB as well as Pangallo at safety. They continually pressured Brossart QB's with Jon Harris, Logan Lawson, Brent Moore, Collin Hoover, Brandon Gray, Luke Kues and Leo Barth. GREAT JOB BREDS!
Sounds like they have a tough team.

A bubble is typically a name for an indoor facility.
Wait a minute, SK has a indoor facility. That's pretty cool! How many other teams in NKY have indoor facilities?
-
Conner has some good players I just think SK is that much better.
:lol:Who is this dude! Man you sure don't sugarcoat things do you. SK must be that darn good.:thumb:
-
Does Cooper have a shot. I mean they played Ryle pretty close. Some SK fans make it sound like they are World Beaters and would destroy every NKY school by 2 Td's. Has SK had that much success the past couple of years? Is SK really on the level of the top tier teams in the state of KY. I always thought of SK being the team always receiving the beat down each and every week. I guess things can change. Why doesn't SK schedule teams like Highlands?
-
Agreed 100%. As I have been saying and is worth repeating, Cooper players and coaches have done a fantastic job. They should be commended and respected for what they have done in 3 years. Good work, Jags, and best wishes in your pursuit of the playoffs!
I was about to ask what their mascot name was. I am assuming it's Jaguars? Cool school name, Cooper Jaguars! Where at in Boone Co is Cooper located? Is it more in the Union area?
-
What a Joke!
-
Cooper sounds like they are making huge strides to get their program in the right place to compete. Keep working hard fellas
-
Would love to be in Kentucky to be able to attend. Sounds like an awesome time!
-
That just depends on how good you are at football
:lol:That's pretty funny right there.
Man I feel so much better now that I know 2HC was making a funny in the first place.

Took a while but I knew that would eventually get a rise out of someone in the FT. Lighten up
Lighten up Huh!
Spoken like a true Champion. So when you take shot at someone for doing nothing wrong, you want them to Lighten up when they reply to an ignorant post. Sorry, very ignorant post. Comical!
