Yes they were at full strength only shot 29% from the field and 33% from the line.
Could be that Rose Hill's defence intensity stepped-up to another level tonight. R. Hill had several deflections and a lot of blocked shots.
Another poor night from officials, looked up at clock and R H 9 fouls and West 1(first quarter). Also, since when is it a foul to go strait up and get a rebound when someone is behind you sealed off)? Every one in gym saw that call.

East has played Elliott a lot better the past two years at Elliott as opposed to their home court. Beat Elliott at Elliott 2 years ago and only lost by 1 at Elliott last season. Guards are going to have to play well to have a chance.
If they could somehow get Drew Johnson to come back from Thomas More and play one more game, then maybe they would have a chance.

I don't think an AAU coach wants too, but some of it is neccessary. I have seen teams loaded with exceptional talent go into tournaments where they should have run the table and loose to a well coached, well disciplined, well practiced group of above average players. I agree with you 100%. It is almost impossible to get a solid practice schedule together when you have players from all over the place, but I don't think that you can forgo the basics. There are very few kids that will truely work themselves in the summer. They all love to play, but to really hit the fundamentals on their own is rare. Especially when they have a busy tournament schedule.
I agree with you 100%. :thumb:

Did Colin Kennedy from Rose Hill break his foot earlier in the year?

Nice win!:thumb:

Sounded like Morgan put up a good fight. Did Eilliott not play well?

Any stats for West Carter?

In my opinion AAU ball is what you might call "A NECESSARY EVIL". I think it burns a lot of kids out.:ylsuper:
I disagree with this statement completely. I think AAU ball is where kids raise their talent level the most and work on their individual game by play bigger and better competition while being in good physical condition for the next upcoming season. Anyone agree?

I think Gregg and Kennedy both had a double double, with Kennedy not playing much. Was Kennedy in foul trouble?

I would like to hear your opinions.:ohbrother:
Mays-Elliott
Kidwell-Russell
Hicks-Bath
Hampton-Lewis
Floyd-Raceland
Mays? Ethan and Evan are the coaches for Elliott.

Good win for the Bulldogs!:thumb:

.
I had him and Colin Kennedy of RH mixed up sorry.
I agree with you on Kennedy from Rose Hill. He's a good young player that just needs some more experience. I also think Kyle King from Deming should be on the list.

i'll take the royals by 10 plus!:thumb:

Sounded like a good game! West is really looking good this year and so is Fairview. Not sure what the results would have been if Collins would have got to played. Wish I could have seen this game! Good luck to both teams!

Good win for Raceland!

Congrates to Russel! Brandon Boyd was MVP of the game in my book. It seems if Russel would quit playing politic ball and do like they did in this game by playing the kids that need to be played, they will keep winning!

Great win for the lions! expected it anyway. East just isn't cutting it this year. Barnhill is just a garbage player and isn't even in Timmy Knipps league. Knipp has what it takes to go to the next level.

Great Win for the Royals! I knew they could pull it off even at Ashland. I thought Gambell played a good game, but also did Kennedy. Someone Said he had 8 or 9 clean blocks shots! They need to get the ball inside more.

This should be a good game for the young Royals! Been hearing a lot of good about them lately:jump:
