LCA names the score........The eagles are the best team in class A without question

Rocks roll

If Danville can get Will Dunn going.......Green could have their hands full.
I take Danville by 7
-
Quan will not play. This is no longer Quans team. This team is in the hands of several other kids.
Nothing to be sly about. FHS will line up and run the rock and play great defense.
Coach B and the staff at Frankfort are one of the best staffs around. There is no doubt in my mind that they will continue to make lemonade out of lemons.
Frankfort still has several capable kids that have the ability to make something BIG happen Friday night. I would not be surprised if many of the prognosticators on this board eat their words on saturday.
Cant wait to watch this battle play itself out.......

Coaching at Frankfort we always heard with that speed and that talent you should win. Here's a heads up not everyone can coach and be succesfull at schools like that. Heck until Foley got to Frankfort they had two 5-5 seasons under coach Thacker and he followed 3 others that never had winning seasons. It's been my experience that kids with all that talent can be difficult to coach, between I'm that good type of attitude to just being head cases. So those that have never coached in those cituations have no idea how difficult it can be just to get kids out and then keep them eligble is another story.
I totally agree pigman.......Central by as many as they want.

Having Quan may help Frankfort out this Friday, but I wonder how effective he could be after sitting out so many weeks!?!?
Either way I am still going with the Tigers against the "Fat Albert"!:ylsuper:
A healthy, rested Quan Weaver is better than any kid class A.......hands down. So IF he did play.......it would change everything.
Quan has bigger fish to fry on the next level so I would imagine that seeing him this year is out of the question but stranger things have happened.

I have talked to some of the players on the team (as I saw them walking down to the gymnasium for a Veterans' Day ceremony) and asked if Coach Eckstein was going to throw the ball this week.
Coach Eckstein over heard this conversation and he said, "Trust me, we are going to throw all over them. They have a lot of holes in the secondary and I think we can sit back in the pocket and pick them apart." he then said, "tell everyone around town, to look for Richard Wills to have a career game."
WOW.......:notworthy:

I guess the same reason that others post complaints about field conditions, rude fans, dirty play and bad officiating. What makes this complaint different from those?
My point is if it was so bad, contact the KHSAA...............and leave it at that.
Regardless......I look forward to reading more opinions in this thread regarding the situation.
:walk:

So what is the point of posting this complaint in a public forum?
-
If Frankfort can get out of the gate fast and start strong...........its a wrap.
With that being said.......there is no doubt that Danville will come in with a chip on their shoulder, ready to play.
Frankfort by 12 in a great game

Mayfield walks to the Region championship
-
A team with nothing to lose can be very deadly. If they leave it all on the field, county has a shot.
Gotta feeling the folks on the west side feel like they already have this one in the bag.
I take hills in this one but county landing a haymaker is not out of the question.

Mayfield proves themselves to be legit contender for the crown in Class A.......
-
Washington also had one heck of a crack back block on a punt return. Marcus is a great kid.
The crack back block was just flat out brutal...........one of two or three shots on that punt return.
Those shots were clean as a whistle also.......:ylsuper:
-
Believe Washington scored rushing, recieving and Fumble recovery TD's if I'm not mistaken........
Good to see him get back on track.......had a fourth TD called back
-
Positive work tonight..........good to see the panthers come out focused. Could have been MUCH worse.
Most complete game FHS has played all year.
Focus now shifts to Danville.
Loved the pink socks, spat and other apparell wore by the panthers and staff.........
-
Tough loss for FC...........hang in there
-
Dang, thats a pretty strong statement after Frankfort only beat Eminence 14-0 and Gallatin by a couple scores. You think Trimble is a lot worse than those 2 teams? They did lose to both of them.
The scores of those two games....especially the Eminence had everything to do with field conditions and in house mistakes. They dont tell the whole story.....Frankfort is on the right track and Trimble will do good to sniff the endzone.....
-
Everyone does, until the first Punch is thrown....WE are behind the 8 ball every week...not just with the players whom are injured for the season, but for the ones who miss 4 academic reasons....Our focus is on ourselves and Galatin County.....
Dig..........

From Frankfort I am hearing its everybit of three hrs plus......its very close to where Va, Ky & Tn meet if thats any reference.
The night train will be fully loaded and pulling out of the station EARLY tomorrow afternoon. Should be a good time regardless.....
-
A little psychological warfare by the kids yesterday..........had me in stitches all afternoon. :ylsuper:
Should be fun tonight
-
Years later they're still crying about the officiating.
He's referring to former players and fans of Franklin Co.
-
After watching cable 10, I think FCHS has a BIG chance to win. FHS can not catch a ball and does not really get lined up legally too often, way to many sloppy plays for FHS. They or anyone for that matter can not do those things and win in a dominant performance.
Those problems are being fixed as we speak.........
-
I just don't see it... Maybe you guys see somthing I dont...
Franklin co. -30
Frankfort - 16
Wow...........interesting call.
We will have to agree to disagree on this one.
