  1. Probably the two best I saw were Zane McCreary and Cooper Downs. Those two will both be at Boone next year. Another player who is starting to look good is JR Doss. His 8th grade year was his first year of organized basketball. He is 6'4 and athletic. He has been playing this summer with some high school kids and is starting to look really good. He will join McCreary and Downs at Boone.

Cooper Downs is a great point guard that is quick, aggressive and is knowledgeable on the court. Watched him play AAU ball, very impressive.

  2. Despite the slow start the CATS had, they played well on both sides. Partin started off cold but seemed to find his rhythm later on in the 2nd and 3rd innings. Travis Rawe came in relief and pitched great. Struck out the last 3 batters of the game. The CATS are starting to hit the ball throughout the line up from top to bottom. 2 players had a couple RBI's and a few others had 1 a piece. For what PC has gone through from the start of the season, they are playing the best ball they have all year. Good luck to Dayton the rest of the year!

  3. congrats to the polar bears for a big victory!! deming has been tough throughout the whole season so far. the polar bears have not seen to get it all together but it looked like here that they did good on the defensive side which they havent in many games. not many teams are gonna win with 12-13 errors.

anyone know how andy cummins did for the polar bears? a freshmen with some talent.
