Today I saw Ethan Faulkner, Jonathon Ferguson, and possibly Jonathon's father (don't really know what he looks like) eating about a block away from Northern Kentucky University. Now, I have heard rumors that Ferguson would be coming out of his "retirement" to play for NKU next year. Maybe this is a good sign in that direction for the Norse.

Selby is announcing his decision during the Jordan Brand Classic Saturday night. However, as GT said, it will most likely he Kansas.

I am a big UK fan. I'm not a bandwagon fan and I lived through the dark era that was late Tubby-Gillispie. But some Cats fans are absolutely terrible to watch a game with. They can't sit there and watch a game and know that the other team is better. They can't have a productive sports conversation because it's always heavily biased. Don't get me wrong, I love Kentucky and our unbelievable fan base. But there are plenty who I cannot stand.

Cousins said in the press conference that the biggest reason he was so upset was because this was the last time he would be able to play with his "brothers." IMO, that doesn't sound like he will be staying in Lexington.

Good for Mr. Pouncy...he is an excellent referee

Big coaching gaffe at the end by NCC imo. Scoreboard showed both teams with 5 fouls. Boone inbounds the ball, drives and dishes to Cotton for the easy lay in. Why NCC didn't foul Gabbard before he passed was a head scratcher. I always foul when I have one to give in that situation, I think any coach does, doesn't he?? Great game. If Pangallo is on, then NCC whens big, but Boone did a nice job of putting the bigger, more athletic Cotton on him most of the night. I predict Boone struggles with Holmes unless they play stall ball again.
That was coach brannen's intent from what i saw. The previous posession they fouled on purpose but then after Cotton made the layup Coach Brannen signaled to his team like why didn't they foul. Boone ran a good play though; great pass by Gabbard.

But give credit to Boone. They made the big play when they needed it
-
It was NCC's phenomenol 2nd half defense that tightened the game up. Boone had a hard time doing anything offensiveley in the 2nd half. However, had NCC shot better than 10% (rough estimate) from behind the arc, this game may not have been as close.

Refs are letting them play. 6 total fouls called in the first half

surprised that St. Henry appears so undisciplined early on. I'm sure Coach Faust is very unhappy

What are the dates for the semifinal and final games?

Final in overtime

Final. Villa led the entire game until the Crusaders took the lead for good with about 4 minutes left.

Larry Vaught is/was right..........again.
Both Will Fidler and Morgan Newton have been told that Morgan Newton will be the starter for the Auburn game.
I am surprised.
Good move in my opinion. Hartline has looked shaky all year anyway and Brooks may as well get Newton ready. From what I've heard he's very capable and could be a great quarterback in the years to come.

and they have struggled so far as a team
-
We probably don't need to look for him in any of HC' varsity lineups
-
I havent seen him in holy cross's varsity lineup much from the scores ive seen
-
I don't think he is top 5 on the HC team.
I dont think so either
-
He may not have been taken to maysville with the team
-
Holy Cross lost a lot with Rickels, Trimpe, and maybe one other. This is definitely a down year compared to the past
