If the game is close at the end, I think it would favor UHA ala the second Mason County game when Darius Miller took over and won for them at the end. Of course, Miller was helped because Novosel and Sanford had fouled out. Has Hopson been foul prone? LexCath collapses on the penetrator very well on defense, so the officials will need to make a lot of judgment calls. LexCath needs a double digit lead to win I think. UHA has the big game experience from the All "A" as does LexCath from the 11th region tourney and their own 5/3. Both teams have been on a tear of late. UHA has some losses to teams that LexCath would probably have beaten handily. LexCath looks like a ten to fifteen point winner to me.
And two of those losses that UH had. They have already beat both of those teams. Against HCC the point turnaround was 36 points. Hoptown was pretty good this year but UH beat them too. The Male loss came on a last second shot by Male. And the loss to PT was so long ago that it pretty much no longer matters. But I posted earlier about teams both LexCath and UH played... As far as I'm concerned it seems pretty even but a tiny favor to LexCath.

Wireman, I never said that LexCath wasn't #1 in the state.

Both teams have beat Tates Creek. LexCath by 21 (both times), UH by 17. Both teams have beat Madison Central. LexCath by 10 @ LexCath, UH by 6 @ Fairdale. Both teams have beat Paintsville. LexCath by 18 @ 5/3rd Bank Classic, UH by 6 @ All A. LexCath beat Ballard by two. UH defeated Fayette Co. Georgia by 6. Fayette Co Georgia beat Ballard by 13. LexCath is entering the game on a 13 game win streak. UH is entering the game on a 17 game win streak.
Just thought i'd try to get some info on both teams up to try and compare them. No doubt LexCath has had the harder schedule but that's how they have matched up against teams played this year. IMO I think it will be closer then alot of people think. And of course I'm pulling for the upset:dancingpa!

LexCath by 20.
Brown has really been picking his game up for UH. Like I said, I haven't seen LexCath play. But if Brown, Edmondson, and Hopson get it going and have a great game I honestly don't see how anyone could beat them by 20 no matter who they are.

I have not seen LexCath this year so I can't honestly give my opinion on them. What does everyone think?

Congrats Blazers!!! Good luck against LexCath!

Got it back up. Time out UH. 4:45 left in the game 78-72 UH.

I'm having technical problems and can't hear the game anymore. If anyone is listening could you please give updates...
-
End of the third quarter. UH leads 70-62.
-
Time out CC. 65-52 UH. Largest lead of the game for UH. 2:30 left in the third.
-
62-52 UH. Hopson on the bench because of 3 fouls. 3 minutes in the third.
-
-
Hopson just committed his third foul. Stays in the game.
-
Not sure. 15-20 or somewhere near there.
-
If CC doesn't try and slow it down in the second half I don't see them keeping up with UH IMO.
-
Halftime. UH leads 51-42. These two teams LOVE the fast paced game.
-
44-34 UH. Fouls being called left and right. Lots of players with two or three fouls already.
-
Not sure what is going on but CC just had a technical called on them.. 40-31 UH. Largest lead of the game for UH plus they have the ball. 3 minutes left.
-
4:23 in the 2nd. 37-31 UH. Timeout CC.
-
End of the first. 27-22 UH has the lead.
-
22-17. Brown with 10, Hopson with 12 for UH.
-
17 all with 2 minutes left in the first.
-
15-14. CC gets their first lead of the night. UH comes back with a three by brown. 17-15 UH.
-
14-10. UH. Hopson with 12 I think.
Which ALL A's will we see in the Sweet 16?
