Trinity is ranked 43rd nationally in the latest ESPN Rise Fab 50 Poll, its highest ranking in program history by the outlet.
- Just posted by Trinity's SID
So, they are 43rd nationally, but not in the top 5 in the state. Interesting.
LIT Ratings are a complete joke. :idunno:

Great Job Rocks and Sewell! Great Accomplishment!:dancingpa

I think that Trinity had the talent, but alot of stuff went on behind the scenes that most people did not know about. The leadership was definitely there.
-
All I'm really saying is Trinity should be #2
-
Trinity is 2. if you get to the finals and lose, you are number 2 no matter what.
-
Trinity will complete the dump-pass, outs, and screens and St.X will punish those recievers. The Tigers will blitz every down and Brad Kragthorpe will know they are coming. I'll be really surprised if Trinity tries the wildcat system they have run the last few games. St.X's speed at LB and DB will protect the big play. I look for Trinity to try to go deep early and try to get an early lead. Trinity will try to win with the pass. A few runs early to try to keep us honest, then play action and the deep pass. This defense is nasty tough, and they even look nasty. Don't you think? Bend but don't break.
They don't look nasty at all IMO. They look like kids every team has. And #5 isn't even playing. If x blitzes every play that leaves huge holes that Trinity will make them pay for in the passing game. Not smart at all.

Question #2: How are you going to stop these guys?
With players equally as good on Trinity's team. :irked:
-
Ill say Trinity 38 SC 10
-
1. Trinity
2. X
3. Greenwood
4. Scott Co.

Trinity has had the hardest schedule in the state and in school history this season so....
-
St. X 28 SK 21

DD- I agree that getting BK back healthy has helped the passing game. What I don't understand is the Lexington Catholic game, end of the year, all systems go, all healthy, and 93 yards rushing and a last minute TD to pull it out. This team played well last week, arguably the best game of the year against a very good passing team in Shelby County. I don't know if Trinity will use the same formula as they used against Manual, and keep pounding away.
I think in the Lex Cath game Trinity couldn't score or play very well because a former Trinity coach is now a Lex Cath coach. He knows all of the offense and I'm sure he coached them on how to beat Trinity. JMO:idunno:

Is St. x's QB still out? And if so, when will he be back?
-
Ill say SK 35 Manual 28
-
St.X's visitor stands are ridiculous.

Trinity 38 SC 14

I heard Robertson the D1 kicker is no longer on the team. Any confirmation on this.
That is true.

You can't (and shouldn't) force school spirit. I almost wonder if the string of success has made it just an expectation to do well and they wonder why the need to get psyched up.
I agree with this reason as to why Trinity has little school sprit.
-
But didn't they start the year with Krags at QB? I know he was out some with injuries, but hasn't Krags been considered the team's starting QB for the entire season?
Well he played two series in the first game before coming out with turf toe. So he played two series, which they scored 14 points, then had to go out.

I'm assuming your speaking about S. Kenton being ahead of them, because I think 1 and 2 are clearly ahead of them. I just felt S. Kenton has been playing at a very high level as the season has worn on. To me, there interchangeable, at this point.
You are entitled to your opinion. I was just stating that Trinity should be 3 at this point in the season because of the overwhelming strength of schedule they had. SK's was a little less tough. But of course they also deserve respect. Just stating my opinion as did you.
-
How is Trinity still number 4 after just beating your number 7 team?
-
This is 2009 not 2008..Simon Kenton is a ton better and Trinity is a lot worse. This year SK is better..
Not a chance that SK is better than Trinity any year.
-
Score? Game was at 11:00 this morning.

How did he get up the ranks? Someone injured or did he just step his game up and win the spot??? Either way, congrats and good luck.
Evan Morris and Ryan Steffey are injured at the Wide Receiver position.

It does not matter what he has done in the past. This is THIS years Mr. Basketball. It matters what he has done this year.
