Michaela Howard of Magoffin Co. is the best power hitter in the 15th. She hit 6 homeruns last year and should double that performance this season.

She had to sit out her freshman year due to a knee injury and it took half the season last year for her to get comfortable. I think she has a good shot of at least double digit homeruns this season.

She is not in the top ten hitters in the region.

Because Magoffin has sidestepped the three top pitchers in the region -- Cortney Bentley (Shelby Valley), Natalie Gooch (Pikeville) and Jodi Yates (East Ridge).
