Final.

SHA advances on to face Newport Central Catholic in the second semifinal.

When Sacred Heart won this match, it continued the tradition of only Catholic HS winning the KHSAA State Volleyball Championship and those Catholic High Schools have only come from either Louisville or Northern Kentucky.

The Tradition lives on but beware, some of the public schools are getting better and better!

I forgot to mention a huge tip of my hat to #24 of South Western. :thumb:

She took a shot to her nose area and I do indeed mean a shot. Well you could see the tears coming down her cheeks but she wouldn't cry and trust me she had every right to cry as indeed it had to hurt!

What impressed me the most out of the young lady (#24), was on the very next play she (with the tears still wet on her face as she refused to wipe them away) she went after a ball and slammed it back over the net.

Congrats young lady (#24) your courage sure impressed the heck out of me.:notworthy:
