Trinity's Memphis Trip

Have not seen any threads on how Trinity Baseball did on their spring break. It appears X did well in Memphis, how was Trinity's performance?

Trinity finished 6th. Lost 10-3 to eventual champion from California ($15,000 trip from CA, Cal signee pitched, USC signee at 3rd base). Trinity was in opposite bracket from X. 16 teams, 3 from IL, 2 KY, 1 CA and the balance from TN. X lost their first game and stayed in loser's bracket. Trinity's second loss was a "play everyone" affair and was for fifth place and little consequence. I believe Trinity won 3 games in this tourney. The Rocks return to action Saturday versus Ryle at Male.
