Boggs of Jackson gave up 4 runs in the first two innings to a good hitting Breathitt team. Lawson of Breathitt yielded a Grand Slam to Jackson's Dustin Flinchum in the 3rd to tie the game at 4. Hayes of Jackson took the mound in the 3rd and held Breathitt scoreless for 4 innings until the 7th, when Jackson's defense quit and went home early. I counted 5 errors in the top of the 7th and Breathitt took full advantage of it, scoring 5 in the 7th to break the tie and win.

Jackson has got to get rid of the Tee Ball errors if they are going to do anything in the post season.

Looked like their OFs panicked and threw to the wrong base at least 3 times in the 7th inning. Ritchie looked good for Breathitt in relief.

I wish those OF errors were the only ones. Ritchie did for sure look good but didn't seem to have to speed he used to, wasn't as intimidating as before. I hope he's not hurt.

I think that's the most innings he has pitched in a game all season. Not sure why. Good luck to both teams in the District and the 14th Region. Either team can be a dangerous opponent if they're overlooked.
