Lawrence County was really tough before they put the new track in.

Middlesboro is a rough place to play. The last time I played there, we had fans yelling and cursing 5 feet from us the entire game. I also saw a 6 year old flip us off as we were driving to the stadium:scared:

 

Not so much anymore IMO. The program has dropped off some. They won't play Bell Co. anymore and I believe the last time Middlesboro beat Bell anywhere was in 1997 at M'boro. It just isn't intimidating anymore IMO.

Log Mountain Bell County, you might as well not even think you are getting any calls. And Louisville Central someone correct me if I am wrong but don't they actually play on a old prison yard its just a different environment there

 

Thats funny because I as a Bell fan have seen some calls not go our way on Log Mountain. I think it is easy to say that just about anywhere you go, but usually doesn't have much merit.

I'm proud of the atmosphere created at Campbell Field when the lights are on.

Log Mountain, I would say it was probably in the playoffs then.

I never played there, but watched several games at Highlands...Definitley would be a tough place to play.

Sounds like the KHSAA should mandate acceptable standards for hosting a home football game. Sportsmanship, visiting team safety, and acceptable sidelines should be requirements. If not, the home team should lose by means of forfeit.

allow me to be a homer again, but THE ROCK is hard, lol.

 

Bell County is always tough, I have never been to Fort Thomas, but that just intimidates me thinking about it. Johnson Central is ROUGH because you are already tired from the ungodly drive there :lol: ........plus the team wasn't too bad :thumbs:

When we played there it was the 99 season, so they were one year removed from a state title. Still had Skidmore and that nasty running back. They beat us twice there that year, once by a point after we botched the PAT, and also beat us by a touchdown, our only two losses that year.

Any school that has a good 12th man(fans) is usually a tough place to play, win or lose...The Rock definitely has that going on. A non-homer said that...:thumb:
