Some national recognition for Frederick Douglass

Maxpreps released its Top 25 new HS football programs today.

To qualify a school had to have started it's program within the last 10 years.

Coming in at #5 nationally, the Broncos of Frederick Douglass.

That would make more sense if California bordered Utah.

Utah led the country in population growth from the 2010-2020 census. Most of the growth came from California, which makes sense because it has so many people. It leads every decade in net migration. However, residents in several other states moved to Utah at a higher rate.

All I know is that every time I see a picture of Salt Lake City, I think about how cool it looks.

Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah is listed at number one. Its right in the middle of Salt Lake City and Provo - about 30 minutes away from each. Here's a picture of their stadium. Not a great picture but I think you get the idea. Gorgeous!
