2nd Region Week 5 Review and Rankings

Lyon County continues to dominate. This week, they won the prestigious White, Maggard and Greer Holiday Tournament at Lexington Catholic in convincing fashion.  Their performance this week should solidify them as the number 1 team in the state.
Henderson County continues its impressive start to the season after going 3-0 this week at home in their Colonel Basketball Classic.  The victory over Mountain Brook in particular stands out as the Spartans from Alabama defeated Louisville Male the first night of the classic.

Madisonville is trending upward as they have now won 4 of their last 5. The young maroons seem to be figuring out how to win close games.
