1. Lyon County (20-3): Current 2nd Region frontrunner Lyon County was idle during the final week of the regular season. Lyon County has won six of its last seven regular season games. Freshman Travis Perry is averaging a team-high 27.3 points per game for the Lyons. Lyon County is slated to face Livingston Central in the 5th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals at Trig County on Monday, March 15.
 
2. Hopkinsville (6-3): The Tigers haven't played since defeating University Heights 82-78 on March 4. However, Hopkinsville has won four of its last five games. Currently, Alijah Watts (14.9 ppg) is leading the Tigers. Hopkinsville has advanced to the 8th District Boys' Basketball Tournament title game on Wednesday, March 17. 
 
3. Madisonville-North Hopkins (12-4): The Maroons were idle in Week 10. Senior Kale Gaither is pacing Madisonville-North Hopkins, averaging 19.1 points per game for the Maroons. Madisonville-North Hopkins is slated to meet Dawson Springs in the 7th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals. 
 
4. University Heights (10-9): The Blazers concluded the regular season with back-to-back wins over Henderson County and Greenwood. University Heights is prepared to face Christian County in the 8th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals.
 
5. Webster County (15-9): The Trojans haven't played since outlasting Trigg County 65-62 on March 6. Webster County has advanced to the 6th District Boys' Basketball Tournament title game. The Trojans will face either Henderson County or Union County in 6th District championship contest. 
 
6. Union County (16-9): Following a loss to Crittenden County, Union County posted back-to-back wins over 3rd Region members Daviess County and Whitesville Trinity. The Braves are scheduled to meet Henderson County in the 6th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals.
 
7. Henderson County (10-11): Ending the regular season in the loss column, Henderson County dropped a finale to University Heights. The Colonels are matched up against Union County in the 6th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals on Monday, March 15.
 
8. Crittenden County (12-8): The Rockets thrived in the final week of the regular season, knocking off Union County, Carlisle County and McLean County. Crittenden County has won six of its last eight games. The Rockets are set to face tournament host Trigg County in the 5th District Boys' Basketball Semifinals. 
 
9. Trigg County (8-0): The Wildcats outlasted St. Mary, an opponent from the bordering 1st Region, 72-70 in double overtime in a regular season finale. Trigg County is set to meet Crittenden County in the 5th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals. 
 
10. Caldwell County (7-14): The Tigers were idle during the final week of the regular season. Caldwell County is scheduled ot meet Hopkins County Central in the 7th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals. 
 
11. Christian County (0-10): The Colonels were sidelined in Week 10. Still winless, Christian County is slated to meet University Heights in the 8th District Boys' Basketball Tournament Semifinals. 
 
12. Hopkins County Central (4-8): The Storm were idle throughout Week 10. Hopkins County Central must face Caldwell County in the 7th District Semifinals. 
 
13. Livingston Central (5-19): Following a loss to St. Mary, Livingston Central claimed back-to-back wins over Community Christian. The Cardinals have the challenge of facing Lyon County in the 5th District Semifinals. 
 
14. Dawson Springs (0-15): Remaining winless, Dawson Springs dropped its regular season finale to Ballard Memorial. The Panthers are poised to meet Madisonville-North Hopkins in the 7th District Semifinals.
