1. Lyon County (20-3): Continuing to win in Week 9, Lyon County defeated 2nd Region rivals Trigg County and Webster County. Current 2nd Region frontrunner Lyon County has won six of its last seven games. The Lyons are scheduled to face Trigg County (March 8, home) and McLean County (March 9, away) in the final week of the regular season. 

2. Hopkinsville (6-3): The Tigers claimed back-to-back wins over Christian County and University Heights in Week 9. Hopkinsville has won four of its last five games. Currently, Hopkinsville has no games listed on its schedule for the last week of the regular season. 

3. Madisonville-North Hopkins (12-4): Following wins over Hopkins County Central, Dawson Springs and Christian County in Week 9, Madisonville-North Hopkins is on a seven-game winning streak. Currently, Madisonville-North Hopkins has no games listed on its schedule for the last week of the regular season. 

4. University Heights (8-9): The Blazers notched a win over Webster County in between losses to McCracken County and Hopkinsville. University Heights is scheduled to host Henderson County (March 10) and Greenwood (March 12) in the final week of the regular season.

5. Webster County (15-9): The Trojans topped Trigg County after suffering losses to University Heights and Lyon County in Week 9. Webster County doesn't have any games scheduled for the final week of the regular season. 

6. Union County (14-8): The Braves registered back-to-back wins in Week 9, knocking off Trigg County and Caldwell County. Union County has won six of its last nine games. The Braves are due to meet Crittenden County (March 8, home), Daviess County (March 9, away) and Whitesville Trinity (March 11, home) in Week 10.  

7. Henderson County (10-10): The Colonels won three of four games in Week 9, claiming wins over Butler County, Whitesville Trinity and Central Hardin while dropping a matchup to Graves County. Henderson County is slated to visit University Heights (March 10) for a regular season finale. 

8. Crittenden County (9-8): In between dropping a game to Caldwell County, Crittenden County recorded wins over Trigg County and Livingston Central. The Rockets have regular season games remaining on the road at Union County (March 8), Carlisle County (March 11) and McLean County (March 12). 

9. Trigg County (7-10): The Wildcats tumbled in Week 9, dropping games to 2nd Region foes Crittenden County, Lyon County, Union County and Webster County.  Trigg County is slated to face Lyon County (March 8, away), St. Mary (March 9, home), Dawson Springs (March 12, home) and Whitesville Trinity (March 13, home) in Week 10. 

10. Caldwell County (7-14): The Tigers posted wins over Christian Fellowship and Crittenden County before falling to Union County. Caldwell County is set to host Hopkins County Central and Christian County in the final week of the regular season. 

11. Christian County (0-10): The Colonels' losing skid continued in Week 9 as Christian County dropped games to Hopkinsville, Warren Central and Madisonville-North Hopkins. Christian County is slated to visit Caldwell County (March 9) in Week 10. 

12. Hopkins County Central (4-8): The Storm won one of four games in Week 9, defeating Dawson Springs while suffering losses to Madisonville-North Hopkins, McLean County and Muhlenberg County. Hopkins County Central is idle in the final week of the regular season.  

13. Livingston Central (3-18): The Cardinals defeated Dawson Springs prior to dropping games to St. Mary, Mayfield and Crittenden County in Week 9. Livingston Central has games scheduled versus St. Mary (March 8, home) and Community Christian (March 9, away; March 11, home) in the final week of the regular season. 

14. Dawson Springs (0-14): The Panthers remained winless in Week 9, dropping games to Livingston Central, Madisonville-North Hopkins, Hopkins County Central and McLean County. Dawson Springs is slated to visit Ballard Memorial (March 9) and Trigg County (March 12) in the final week of the regular season.
